With the acceleration of urbanization process, it is hard to avoid produced many difficult to dispose of solid waste, such as Waste activated sludge, manure and corn stalks, etc. Anaerobic fermentation in the efficient processing of these solid wastes,at the same time, it also can get a certain amount of resources, but the anaerobic fermentation of single raw material often appear more disadvantages,such as raw materials difficult to degradation, hydrolysis acidification, C / N deficiency, nutrient imbalance. so fermentation of raw materials is particularly necessary. This topic through the fermentation raw material of residual activated sludge, ultrasonic treatment, pairwise fermentation of corn straw after alkali treatment. On the basis of using response surface method was used to study the substrate concentration and the ratio of raw materials on three material mixed fermentation of biogas production effect, and studies the optimization ratio in the initial stage of the reaction, gas production peak and late reaction from the microbial community structure and organic matter transport and transformation.Through the pretreatment of sludge, SCOD content by 816.5mg/L rose to 13890mg/L and protein concentration increased to 461mg/L, straw composition affect the fermentation process of hydrolysis step of wood element from 10.38% reduce to the 6.42%, the degradation rate reached 38.15%. The results of sequencing showed that the microbial population abundance increased at the peak of gas production. The late response of the reaction was less than the initial stage of reaction.
