The mechanism of inertial piezoelectric drive is a new piezoelectric device which uses the inertia force by piezoelectric element to drive and control. Inertial piezoelectric actuators have advantages of displacement of high resolution, fast frequency response, no electromagnetic interference, compact structure and so on, and widely apply on medical device operation, scanning tunneling microscopy, optical fiber and docking, high-precision three-dimensional workbench, etc. The paper advances the move of actuator driven by piezoelectric inertial asymmetrical structure,using that the symmetrical wave is acted on the piezoelectric cantilever bimorph to get inertial impart forces in different directions to drive the rotated actuator to realize the movement. The main content is as follow:The foundation property of piezoelectric materials is analyzed. The equation of the displacement and inertial impart forces of cantilever piezoelectric bimorph vibrator is derivation in the theory. The law is presented the simulation analysis by MATLAB that the clamping length of cantilever piezoelectric bimorph vibrator has influences on its dynamic behavior. Testing platform is set up and the dynamic behavior is tested.This paper analyzes inertia impact mechanism of driving arm, establishes the dynamic model of bimorph piezoelectric vibrator in asymmetry clamping type, analyzes dynamic property by using SIMULINK in MATLAB software and modality by using ANSYS simulation software.tests dynamic property by setting up a test platform.This study designs structural parts of driving mechanism, by analyzing the working principle of asymmetric inertial piezoelectric driving mechanism with the impact of furrow or not. This paper tests friction coefficient of different friction wedge angle in different material guide and manufactures Prototype of asymmetric inertial piezoelectric driving mechanism with the impact of furrow or not.Based on output character of these two types, the study makes two driving performance testing platform, tests output property of driving mechanism in different voltages, square wave signals of different frequency respectively and differences of clamping...
