Coal is the main source of energy, most of the domestic coal-fired power plantsrun many have deviated from the original design value, resulting in a furnace slaggingproblems such plants running. In order to solve this problem, mixed coal blending is akind of good way to solve this problem, you can make some reasonable use of theinferior coal, through scientific mixing can effectively reduce the pollution gasemissions. Starting from the actual situation, this paper takes330mw tangential firingboiler as the research object, by using numerical simulation software FLUENT, thecombustion process is simulated. First of all, Physical model of the boiler’s furnace isestablished in this paper, and then to the design of coal and two types of mixed coalblending scheme is used to numerically simulate the process of furnace combustion,Analyzed the three results form combustion stability and NOX emissions, provided areference for practical operation of boiler.
