Middleware Signed To Achieve Specific PLC Communicate With J1939Protocol

CAN bus is a serial data communication bus that was developed for the a utomotive industry in the early1980s, from being made up to now, has beco me one of the most widely used field bus in the world, and became the stand ard in many industries.CAN2.0A gives CAN message standard format, and CA N2.0B gives both standard and extended formats.SAE J1939protocol is proposed by American Society of Automotive Engi neers SAE in2000,it is a communication protocol of an application layer netw ork in the car,mainly used for communicating between various electronic comp onents in automotive systems to each other,Weifang street sprinkler indicator is using the SAEJ1939protocol to achieve communications between each other.Pr oduction of automotive-specific PLC that made by HuangShi KeWei Controls L imited is RS485serial communication; Major topics of the work is to design t he protocol conversion middleware achieving communication between KeWei de dicated PLC and SAE J1939protocol-based automotive dashboard displays.The paper is based on the presentation of CAN bus protocol and SAEJ1939. Having analyzed and researched the needs of communication between the PL C and the SAE J1939protocol and gave the design and realization of specific technologies to this conversion middleware product,the main thesis work:(1)To achieve seamless between KeWei dedicated PLC and vehicle commu nication protocol which based on SAE J1939between the two black boxes so that the product can be used in special-purpose vehicles;(2) Implemented the hardware design of middleware products about protocol conversion;(3) Implemented the software design of middleware products about protocol conversion;This issues is based on the specific application and has achieved a level of product design and development work.
