China’s natural gas resources are less, the price is expensive and demand is a big problem,to solve this,we can use oxyfuel technology and high temperature flue gas reflow technology to improve the efficiency of gas utilization, reduce the use of natural gas and reduce the cost.The paper is mainly about analysis of the preparation of oxygen enriched oxyfuel technology and high temperature flue gas reflow technology,the main contents are as follows:(1)The paper studies the working principle of molecular sieve,propose the process and key equipment integration of oxygen enriched preparation,creating a mathematical model of the adsorption process,outlet pressure and oxygen concentration semi-empirical relationship, the results show that when the amount of flushing is certain, with the air pressure increases, the concentration of oxygen-enriched gas outlet increasing;for the production of relatively low concentrations of oxygen-enrich gas, the product gas can be blended with the quantitative air, or with the appropriate air compressor, the existing equipment can be modified to reduce the thickness of the adsorbent bed to reduce the cost of facilities and oxygen-enriched gas.(2) The results of natural gas oxyfuel theoretical calculation show that oxyfuel technology can reduce the theoretical combustion air requirements, reduce flue gas volume, and greatly increase the combustion temperature, energy-saving effect is obvious.(3) The combustion temperature is significantly increasing, as a result the amount of NOx in the flue gas in increasing, study mechanism of NOx formation and high temperature flue gas reflow technology; using the oxyfuel combustion flue gas reflow technology can reduce NOx in the flue gas, and the effect of energy-saving is obvious, calculation and analysis of the energy-saving principle and rate.The results show that flue gas reflux’s saving energy is significantly,and in constant theoretical combustion temperature, by increasing the exhaust gas temperature, increasing the flue gas into the furnace circulating factor, increasing fuel consumption ways to improve energy efficiency rate.(4)Oxyfuel combustion can accordingly reduce the volume of combustion-supporting gas.To prevent furnace’s combustion temperature unevenness. As an example,the paper studies and calculates volute burner,the results show that,when the air vent is constant,as the concentration of combustion-supporting gas increases,the gas nozzle diameter increases,gas exit velocity,air velocity and air pressure are reduced.This paper studies to improve the utilization efficiency of natural gas,reduce the cost and use of natural gas,Expand the scope of application of technology.This achievement can be used for gas boilers, direct-fired, ceramic, glass, metallurgy, machinery, drying and other industries which use natural gas as fuel.
