With the development of society, the development of the situation is beginning to changein our country, from the rough development to sustainable development, following the routeof sustainable development, the environmental protection has become the focus ofdevelopment." The atmospheric pollutant emission standard of thermal power plant "isissued in2011, to strict restrictions on NOx emission standard, charging for beyond thestandard NOx emission. In the more and more stringent environmental standards, There is anurgent need for the thermal power plant to use new technology to reduce NOx emission.This paper summarizes and analyzes the domestic low nitrogen combustion technology,Huarun Dengfeng Co. Ltd#2Power Boiler as the object of studying, By adopting thetechnology of the combustion system carried out experiments and research according to therelevant transformation stereo staged combustion low NOx.#2boiler transformation ofHuarun Dengfeng Co. Ltd uses horizontal bias and vertical air stage technology, under thepremise of ensuring the economic efficiency of the boiler is not reduced, to achieve lowerNOx emission, and has made anti slagging and corrosion resistant, highly efficientcombustion effect. The test in furnace aerodynamic field of this study, and laid the foundationfor the boiler ignition and stable combustion; in the hot test using partitioned optimization anddebugging method, carried out the furnace outlet oxygen, and overfire air of optimization,gives the operation parameters of the actual operating conditions recommended.Before the transformation, NOx concentration of the boiler furnace outlet is1100mg/Nm3(O2=6%); after the transformation, it is steady under500mg/Nm3(O2=6%), the testresults show that: after the transformation, the problem of coking furnace, superheaterattemperating water and reheat steam desuperheating water quantity is greatly reduced aresolved, in burning discomfort burning coal, boiler efficiency reaches the target value above92.69%, it is successful in environmental effects and economic benefits.Test optimization methodand the analysis results of this paper have certain referencevalue to the similar transformation.
