As a public project, central heating system was always associating with the benefits ofthe social, ecnomic and natural.With the development of science and technology, the aspire ofpeople for the environment, and the emphasizing on the continuancely development of ourcountry, it is have been paid considerable concern on the measure how to advance all sorts ofbenefits. With the powerful calculating ablity, efficient imitating effect and intelligent controlmanner, the computer technique acquired a extensive praise.In the paper, the disadvantages of small regional boiler heating are expounded at first.And the current situation of urban central heating is analyzed, the project goal is established.And the goal is realizing the computer simulation system for the central heating process, andthe heating parameters will be predicted by the simulation system to support in heatingstrategy decisions. A integrity software system is formed base on a exhaustive discussingabout the application of computer technique about the imitating running of Central heatingsystem and conquering a series of complex academic and also some diffifty from practicalcourses. In the developing process, the space model of central heating system has beenestablished, the parameters of central heating has been calculated, the scheduling optimizationcontrol method of central heating has been analyzed and the mechanism of outdoortemperature calculation is established. T hen mathematical description of the central heatingnetwork is described and the accessibility of the system is analyzed. Based on the calculationof basis theory and the analysis of the heating system, the concept of cost is calculated, andthe cost of heating pipe network is summed. The valid data in each heating link is extractedfor the operation of the simulation system, and the BP (Back Propagation) neural network isintroduced, the computer intelligence is applied to the heating system. The advantages ofcomputer intelligence are fully used, the forecasted heating process parameters of each linkare compared with the actual value and corrected, and then the system evoluts constantly, theprediction parameters is close to the actual value. Then, after the system designing and detailfunction module designing, the cost of the system is studied. The system can providesufficient basis result for decision makers and operations managers. Finally, after the previousdiscussion and calculation, the system is realized. Through the testing and commissioning, the system is stable, the prediction results are accurate, and the system works well.
