Reactive Powder Concrete (Reactive Powder Concrete, referred to RPC) is a new type of cement based composite material. Compared with normal strength concrete, ordinary steel, it possesses high mechanical properties, high durability and so on. Application of RPC for structures can lighten them, and hign impermeability of RPC can improve the durability of structures. In this paper, we put the structure of RPC windbreak of railway of100based on with R130and R160as the object of study, has related numerical simulation analysis with the related paraments of the wind zone to study on the mechanical properties of the composite RPC windbreak. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Conceptual analysis of the composite RPC windbreakIntroduce the structure in detail and make conceptual analysis from two angles of the structure form and the bearing capacity to illustrate that the structure is is reasonable in structural concept.2. Static performance analysis of the composite RPC windbreakMake the static simulation respectively on the backplane, rib and windbreak structure and be compared and analyzed with the related test results to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the numerical simulation method.3. Dynamic performance analysis of the composite RPC windbreakUse Ansys Workbench to analyse the wind distribution of the windbreak under the effect of train wind and natural wind, conclude the simplified wind distribution that can provide a reference for engineering design and simulate the response to the structure in various practical condition to illustrate the windbreak is in the safety range.4. Fatigue performance analysis of the composite RPC windbreakAnalyse the fatigue performance of the windbreak under4million times fatigue load and compare with the related test results. Then use the method to simulate the response of the windbreak under the effect of train wind and natural wind to conclude the windbreak is in the safety range during normal operation.
