Large-scale wind farm grid for the safe operation of power system and brought a series of profound influence on economic operation, wind power grid to increase wind capacity and access to a higher voltage class makes the grid wider affected by wind, also makes the wind after the voltage control problem is increasingly outstanding.Zhangjiakou region grid is now connected to 220 kv wind xx city, xx city 110 kv wind farms, with a total installed capacity xxxMW.In zhangjiakou region grid automatic voltage control (AVC) system for wind power concentrated area with automatic voltage control, can satisfy the demands of the concentration of large scale wind power grid voltage control。Zhangjiakou to AVC system on the one hand, including the control of management of substation automatic voltage control, on the other hand also includes wind power automatic voltage control of regional power to access.This project puts forward the overall control scheme of hierarchical control, through the process of the AVC system construction of wind power in the area of automatic voltage control of the main functions, as well as automatic voltage control child stand in wind farm construction, realizes the automatic voltage control of wind power large-scale centralized access area.Due to the large scale wind power concentrated area away from the regional power grid load center, and also far away from the big fire and water power plant, the area of voltage control requirements in different wind wind power active power of the corresponding mode is significantly different.The project is put forward and realized based on the wind power energy output voltage of the feasible region wind power automatic matching area technology:the AVC system real-time monitoring wind area, the total active power, according to the current wind farms and total active online trend dynamically determine area substation busbar voltage fluctuation limit and control target.Wind farm reactive power control in the control of main solution based on the discrete and continuous control problem of coordinated control, quick adjustment methods and slow adjustment means the coordination control between the problem, many fans reactive power allocation problem, wind farm reactive power adjustment ability estimation problem, so as to realize the coordination control within a variety of reactive power regulation methods of wind farms.This project proposes the wind inside a variety of reactive power regulation methods of coordinated control requirements, and in a number of wind power automatic voltage control sub station.The objective of the study and implement the callback AVC two-way interactive information between master station and wind farm AVC station.Wind power company website to send data for the wind farm reactive power control of the current time, the main distributed data for the wind farm access point of high voltage side bus voltage (PCC) goal setting.Through the bidirectional interaction, in the AVC system established the equivalent model of wind farm voltage control, and according to the operation of the wind field real-time computing voltage control instruction.Zhangjiakou district in a 220 kv/110 kv power grid wind farms mainly through regional hub substation connected to the main hub substation in the low voltage capacitance/resistance, have a significant impact on the wind farm voltage.
