This paper studies the control method of the permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) vector control system. This paper introduces the structure, characteristics, mathematical models of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and control methods in the field of motor of the present. Through the understanding and researchment of today’s domestic and international references, this paper studies the fuzzy control, sliding mode variable structure control and the advantages of the combination of both control methods, which deepens the rearchment ofthe fuzzy sliding mode control method applied in PMSM vector control system.According to the MATLAB software simulation and testing, this paper analysis the shortcomings of the method of sliding mode variable structure control, that is the harm bringed by jitter. Although the exponential approach ratecan weaken the systematic errors caused by jitter, but it is not an effectively control method of removing jitter. Therefore, on this basis, this paper analysis characteristics of fuzzy control, learns its advantages, and apply it into modern AC speed adjustment.Fuzzy control has the advantage that it can eliminate the impact of nonlinear factors, without knowing the exact mathematical model of PMSM. And sliding mode variable structure control has the advantages of being simple, not requiring system identification, insensitivity to disturbances and parameter changes, rapid response, etc.Without affecting the cases before, through expert experience in fuzzy control method to remove jitter, this paper achieved the goal of eliminatingthe impact of jitter from the fundamentalBecause both fuzzy control methof and sliding mode variable structure control method are highly robust on the disturbance and parameter variations of controled objects, applying the strategy of fuzzy sliding mode control in AC motor speed control system has good space for development.The most important thing is that these advantages can be effectively used for strong FGC, nonlinear, multi-input, multi-output time-varying system of AC motor, to solve the problem that traditional control methods can not solve.This paperbuild hardware platform for the system, dsPIC30F4011 as the core chip, which is composed by the main control board and driven board. And, the hardware circuit includes main circuit and control circuit.In the MPLAB IDE development environment, the part of the system software is designed, and system functions are implanted on the hardware platform.
