With the rapid development of Chinese aviation transportation infrastructure, the problems in the process of using the airports become more apparent, which has seriously affected air’s taking off and landing on comfort and safety. The study on disease patch is increasingly concerned by the relevant personnel, and it is single that disease patch studies from the perspective of materials and processes, not relating to the study on airport cement concrete pavement typical diseases and disposal technology, lacking of research and analysis on the structural performance of road surface repair.Based on this, this paper analyzed the typical airport cement concrete pavement diseases by surveying some airport pavement diseases situation, and further analyzed typical diseases’ causes. Software of finite element analysis was adopted to calculate the force characteristics of the airport pavement and the stress situation after road surface repair. This paper studied thin layer repairing interface’ solution way’s effect on repairing. Early strength performance cement-based high performance composite repair materials, and studied repairing depth had effect on repair of structures by combining with a thin layer of repair and deeper slotted patch. Through the above results show that typical diseases of Airport Pavement include pockmarked face and micro cracks diseases of a thin layer. The bottom layer’s stress will improve along with elastic modulus and loads’ increase. Along with cement thickness increases, the bottom layer of stress significantly reduced. It is necessary that interface should be smooth and made concave side to increase overall performance. When the repair patch depth be 5cm, It can achieve the requirements but also cost-effective.At last, this paper studied Tacheng Airport and Hanzhong Willows airport’s entities engineering applications, and verified results by surveying the condition after using a period of time.
