In recent years,ammonia nitrogen pollution attracted more and more attention in the research of water supply.The harm of ammonia nitrogen pollution is becoming more and more serious, in the more economically developed pearl river delta region of ammonia nitrogen pollution problem is also a difficult problem in water supply.This study was conducted in the pilot system of a water plant in Foshan, and got the optimization parameters, reaction in the production of the plant.The core idea of this study is by reducing the dosing quantity of oxidant, make whole coagulation, sedimentation, filtration system formed certain microbial environment, through the synergy of biochemical and physicochemical, removing turbidity, bacteria, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and organic matter.First of all, according to local water quality status, after coagulation experiments compared with polyaluminium chloride is suitable for the local water quality, not only in addition to the material capability is strong, and the coagulation, precipitation phase of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen removal also performed well.For pre oxidant, when no amount of chlorine and chlorine is 0.2 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, found the chlorine content is 0.2 mg/L run the best effect.When potassium permanganate dosing 0.2 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L and don’t have a overtime, found that potassium permanganate dosing quantity0.2 mg/L, pilot system running effect is best, but the effect of chlorine quantity0.2 mg/L and its difference is not big.Production cost into consideration, he decided to take the amount of chlorine 0.2 mg/L.During the pilot system,through the experiment to determine the optimal parameters of backwash is: the intensity of gas burst: 8 L/s.m2, gas water flush at the same time the intensity of water: 2.0 L/s.m2, separate water flushing strength: 3.0 L/s.m2;Flushing duration:gas at 1.5 min, gas water flushing 4 min at the same time;Separate water 6.5 min,always lasted 12 min.Backwash cycle for 24 h. This parameter of backwash water turbidity is still large, but more than keep the microbes inside the filter,abandon to 15 min after spurt water filter can still run normally, and in addition to ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen effect is good. Use of chlorine water backwash effect was better than chlorine water.Improve the ammonia nitrogen content of raw water, we studied the system of ammonia nitrogen load, found that no amount of pre chlorination and pre chlorination of 0.2 mg/L, the biggest load system of ammonia nitrogen can bereached 2.0 mg/L, system of ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 90%, the nitrite nitrogen removal rate is over 90%. Pre chlorine content is 0.2 mg/L,algae control effect is better also, structures in no obvious algae, disinfection by-products generation of chloroform and only 0.02 mg/L, did not appear to exceed bid.According to the results of the pilot, in a waterworks in the operation of the production, will advance amount of chlorine reduced from 0.5 mg/L to 0.2 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen removal rate can reach 90%, even if a raw water ammonia nitrogen up to 0.7 mg/L water quality, also can through the biological active filter the content of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen decreased to 0.05 mg/L and 0.005 mg/L levels.Former chlorine reduction for water save the production cost.
