TL Expressway Owner Construction Standardization Management Scheme And Key Process Optimization

With the rapid development of China’s highway construction, the scale of project construction, the quality standard, and the technical level have greatly improved, and also the management level of highway project is gradually improving. But the quality accident, schedule delay, cost overspend and so on, show that China still has problems in highway project management, which needs to be improved further. Meanwhile, the property owner is in charge of the whole process of construction, and is the core of project management. So, the project management level of the owner is particularly important.The highway construction standardization management is the application of standardization theory to the highway construction, which guides the construction process more scientifically and systematically, gives a rule to the parties involved in the construction, and improves the management level of quality, schedule and cost. By the research of the scheme of TL highway construction standardization management, the more mature scheme, which is suited to local construction demands will be set up,and be applied to other highway projects to improve the overall level of project management.This paper, from the highway owner’s point of view, makes a study of the standardization management of TL highway construction, and targets for critical process optimization during operation, through the way of summarizing the documents and combining theory with the actual.Firstly, this paper summarizes the theory of highway construction standardization. Through the explanation of the concept of standard and standardization, the meaning of standardization management of highway construction is further specified, and the role of the owner in the standardization management is pointed out, and the theoretical basis of this study is clear.Secondly, this paper takes TL highway as the research object and the construction phase of the project as the research phase, and makes a research of the scheme of the owner’s standardization management, which consists of the standardization of site construction, process control and management.Finally, according to the actual situation of the application of the standardization management scheme in TL highway construction process, the control standardization and management standardization is optimized, so that the scheme is more perfect.The highway construction standardization management is a scientific management theory. By standardization management, the parties participating in the highway construction have rules in site construction, process control and procedure management to follow, the project management behavior is regularized, so that the quality level is further improved, the project schedule is more reasonable, the construction cost is more economized, and the process is safer.
