In recent years, Train Operation Dispatching Command System (TDCS) has been rapidly developed with the promotion of information technology. TDCS has covered the China Railway Corporation and nearly 7,000 railway stations of 18 railway administrations, and achieved transparent command, real-time adjustment and concentrated control in the process of train operation. With the operating density increased and tracking interval decreased gradually, the transportation and signaling and telecommunication departments have frequently demanded more functions of TDCS and made higher requirements for its stability, reliability and safety.To supervise and administrate real-time operation and security situation, TDCS needs more reasonable technical means which can be used to assist maintenance personnel in improving work efficiency and management level.In this thesis, the author has studied the maintenance and organization status of TDCS at home and abroad. This paper proposes to build Integrated Operation and Maintenance Platform for TDCS by mainly adopting trains tracking, automatic identification for train route, lost warning for train occupancy, SNMP, TCP/IP, fast access to database, etc. Through the requirement analysis, this paper elaborates the design goals and functional requirements of the integrated operation and maintenance system, the design of the overall architecture and workflow, the realization of the monitoring, fault management and maintenance devices of equipment, networks, applications and business process, and the achievement of traffic hazards warning and maintenance decision support through the traffic data analysis and fault classification statistics. The Integrated Operation and Maintenance Platform of TDCS system consists of three parts:databases, application servers, and maintaining clients. Databases management system stores various static and dynamic information, such as device type parameters, train operation, system operation etc. The servers are responsible for equipment monitoring, network monitoring, software monitoring, business process monitoring and fault management; the clients are responsible for the display of the network topology and its status, the state of equipment and software, and the realization of remote maintenance. In the implementation part, the paper elaborates the code of key modules and key technology, and shows the effects of the Integrated Operation and Maintenance Platform under the real production environment.Finally, the thesis has designed and realized the Integrated Operational Platform for TDCS. Based on the existing network and train operation information of TDCS, the platform adopts computer, communication, database and multi-media technology, and effectively improves fault handling efficiency and management through realizing the real-time monitoring function on TDCS network, equipment, operation data and workflow, the fault alarm and management function, as well as the fault diagnosis and assistant decision-making function.
