With the continuous development of the higher education level, the size of energy consumption of the university buildings can not be underestimated. The main purpose of the establishment of the energy consumption quota is to supervise the use of various energy resources in Colleges and universities, and it can help improve the efficiency of energy use. Energy consumption quota is the key link of energy saving in Colleges and universities, which can provide the basis for energy saving renovation in the later period of building. Building energy consumption quota theory has a variety of energy consumption quota method, each method has its advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of consulting a large number of building energy consumption quota theory, the calculation of energy consumption is selected by the combination of statistical quota and technical quota.In this paper, the building energy consumption equipment as the object of study, established the building energy consumption of the classification of colleges and universities. The energy of the terminal equipment in the campus building can be divided into the following seven categories:energy consumption of lighting, energy consumption of office equipment, central air conditioning energy consumption (in summer), energy consumption of heating, the energy consumption of the laboratory equipment, canteen consumption, and the energy consumption of sanitary hot-water. According to the technical standard for energy efficiency of public buildings, it is given in terms of power density and lighting, electrical equipment using rate were obtained, and the energy consumption of lighting and office can be obtained. The power consumption of lighting and office equipment consumption is basically the same in different climatic zones and different types of colleges and universities, and there is not much change in different seasons.Secondly, analyzed the main influence factors of building energy consumption in colleges and universities, it is concluded that the energy consumption of different types of proportion. College building central air conditioning system is in various forms, energy consumption indicators vary greatly. In the formulation of the air-conditioning energy consumption quota, according to the different forms of air conditioning to develop a correction factor. And focuses on the analysis of the split air-conditioning, compression chillers, lithium bromide absorption type units and ground source heat pump air conditioning system of the cold source of energy consumption. Obtains the influence factor correction coefficient which affects the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, obtains the air conditioning energy consumption calculating formula. Analysis of the gas, lithium bromide units, ground source heat pump hot water system and municipal heat supply network in the form of several different heat source heating energy consumption in turn. The correction factor is gained by analyzing affecting the energy consumption of heating system and the calculating formula of heating energy consumption can be obtained.Based on energy consumption of a canteen field survey data, calculate the canteen per capita energy consumption amount. There are some differences in food culture in different regions, but the difference in per capita energy consumption is small. Sanitary hot water consumption are greatly influenced by artificial factors and climate, also has relationship with the male to female ratio in the colleges and universities, by means of questionnaire of hot water energy consumption under different hot water supply mode. There are differences between the different nature of colleges and universities, and the energy consumption of the experimental equipment is also different.Based on the above theory and data, it is concluded that the limit of comprehensive energy consumption in Colleges and universities is the basis for the control of energy consumption and the establishment of relevant standards.
