Echium vulgar is annual herb of the Mediterranean and Europe, for comfrey (Boraginacea),Echium vulgar. Echium vulgar for oil-bearing crops, its seed contains a lot of omega3oil acid.Omega3oils can not only for inflammation and inflammatory diseases at the same time also canpromote cell repair and regeneration. According to the domestic and foreign medical ofextraction of blue thistle extract has animal anti-anxiety effects. Echium vulgar was onlyrecently, have been found with its ornamental value as well as the effective economic value.Although our country echium vulgar group culture and rapid propagation of some progress, butfor the Echium vulgar system research is still in the stage, for blue thistle seeds medium oilcontent of research is rarely reported.This study discusses the different planting distance, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer inthe selected range, through setting of three factors three levels orthogonal experiment, theresearch of echium vulgar, high oil character, physiological properties in the whole stages andthe effect of photosynthetic characteristics and oil content, it is concluded that the echium vulgarto grow and develop the most appropriate method of cultivation. The main results as follows:1. Echium vulgar seedling stage, the influence of potash fertilizer and planting distance, thelargest potash fertilizer in the60kg/hm2, echium vulgar seedling stage of plant height (23.67cm), leaf area was (58.75/leaf), stomatal conductance (0.70mmol·m-2· s-1) is the maximum,and reach significant level; Planting distance at40cm, blue thistle seedling chlorophyll content(9.73mg/g), net photosynthetic rate (28.48mmol·m-2· s-1), transpiration rate (3.97mmol·m-2· s-1) a maximum value in the analysis of variance were reached significant level.2. Echium vulgar budding period, the influence of potash fertilizer and planting distance, thelargest potash fertilizer in the60kg/hm2, echium vulgar budding period of leaf area was (78.28),chlorophyll (4.21mg/g), net photosynthetic rate (29.55mmol·m-2· s-1), stomatal conductance(1.66mmol·m-2· s-1) decreased maximum and achieve a significant level; Planting distance at40cm, echium vulgar budding period of plant height (55.2cm), intercellular CO2concentration(336.29mmol·m-2· s-1) in maximum, analysis of variance reached significant level.3. Echium vulgar flowering, phosphate has been the biggest influence on, followed byplanting distance and phosphate fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer in the120kg/hm2, echium vulgarflowering (heavier (63.9g), root dry weight (13.25g), soluble protein (23.74mg/g),transpiration rate (37.24mmol·m-2·s-1) the maximum difference was significant; Potash at60kg/hm2, echium vulgar flowering plant height (80.39cm), leaf area was (13.98/plant), net photosynthetic rate (1.97mmol·m-2· s-1), stomatal conductance (336.29mmol·m-2· s-1)reached significant level; Planting distance at40cm, echium vulgar flowering of chlorophyllcontent (5.63mg/g), soluble sugar (2.69mg/g), intercellular CO2concentration (14.09mmol·m-2· s-1) content achieves significant smooth water.4. Echium vulgar maturity, suffer the effect of potash fertilizer, potash fertilizer in the60kg/hm2, echium vulgar mature (heavier (58.92g), root dry weight (20.96g), dry fresh weight(79.88g), net photosynthetic rate (22.43mmol·m-2·s-1), stomatal conductance (1.27mmol·m-2· s-1), transpiration rate (12.21mmol·m-2· s-1) have reached significant level. Plantingdistance of leaf area was (11.41/plant), branch number (24branches/plant), chlorophyll (5.19mg/g), soluble sugar content (2.19mg/g) were reached significant level.5. Echium vulgar ageing, suffer the effect of potash, largest potash fertilizer in the60kg/hm2, echium vulgar size dry fresh weight (97.9g), soluble protein (11.72mg/g).6. Echium vulgar seed yield and oil content, the influence of echium vulgar plantingdistance has been the biggest influence on production, planting distance in40cm (T3), echiumvulgar seed kernels for (4.98g) appeared the maximum value, through the analysis of variancereached significant level; P in the120kg/hm2(P2), linoleic acid content of blue thistle seedsreached a maximum (0.338%). Potash in60kg/hm2(at the level of K1), the extraction of crudefat of echium vulgar thistle seeds reached a maximum (0.281%), namely T3P2K1for optimalcombination.
