Transplanter transplanting female is important to realize full mechanization of hybrid rice breeding. To explore the effects on growth and development of females under different sowing amount, seedling age and transplanting methods is the key to the mechanization of hybrid rice seed production technology research. In this experiment, materials are8females that4long period sterile line (Y58S, P88S, Guangzhan63-2S, Shen95A) and4short period sterile line (ZhunS, Xiangling628S, T98A, Fengyuan A). We studied on the effects of female growth and development and grain composition from three kinds of sowing and five seedling age under transplanter transplanting and artificial transplanting. Y58S and Xiangling628S was used to study on the effects of growth and development and grain composition from three plant growth-promoter (accelerator a, accelerators B, accelerators C) under different transplanting methods (broadcast, artificial transplanting and transplanter transplanting). The main results are as follows:1、In the females, the number of seedling increased with the increasing sowing quantity, but the increasing is not obvious.as well as DSH (duration from seeding to heading), the highest seedlings/hole, panicles and spikelet. All females showed low planting hole leakage rate with increasing sowing quantity. The females transplanter transplanting group earing stage period is long with the increase of sowing quantity,but the peak heading is opposite.Then the more day earing rate of the females,the more sowing quantity.The suitable seeding rate of transplanter transplanting as follows:Y58S to35-45g/disc, P88S to40-50g/disc, Xiangling628S to55-65g/disc, ZhunS to55-65g/plate, Shen95A to45-55g/disc, Fengyuan A to55-65g/disc, T98A to40-50g/disc.2、The female parent initial heading period increase by2to5day with the extension of seedling age,but it can not affect the final total leaf age of different yields transplanting of female parent. Each female mechanical transplanting of single point basic seedling number, maximum tillers, panicle number, panicle length, total grains and the number of spikelets highest values are not in the same transplanting seeding age, it related with female parent ear characteristics of tillers.The earing rate is reduced with long growth period of the extension of female parent random seedling age, on the contrary, the earing rate is increased with short growth period of the extension of female parent random seedling age.The advisable female parent machine planting yields are18to25days and the advisable leaf age are2.7to3.5.3、Compared with hand transplanting,machine transplanting female parent beginning period extend1to4days. The different female transplanting hole rate which was more than5%differ from one another, including Y58S up to47.9%,then Xiangling628S and Fengyuan A hole rate were above10%. The overall machine transplanting female single point of basic seedlings, the highest number of seedlings, effective panicle was higher than artificial transplanting female.Three sterile, Shen95A, Fengyuan A and T98A single cavity of basic seedling transplanter transplanting seedlings was1more than the artificial single cavity and the highest seedling number of single cavity is more13to18seedlings than artificial transplanting.Short growth period female spike rate less than seedling transplanting the female parent, on the other hand,long growing period female spike rate was equal with female seedling transplanting.The number of effective panicles, grain group were more than raising seedling transplanting female parent(except T98A). Mechanical transplanting seedlings, artificial seedlings, direct seeding in tiller showed decreasing trend, but live density is much larger than machine transplanting and artificial transplanting. The earing of machine female parent was1to4days later than artificial transplanting female parent.4> In the test of spraying growth promoters, the selected three kinds of growth-promoting agent on Y58S and Xiangling628S mechanical transplanting and sowing shorten reviving effect is not obvious. After spraying growth promoters B, C to Y58S,mechanical transplanting extended lday than manual transplanting DSH,then spraying the growth promoting agent A,extend1to3days.After spraying growth promoting agent on Xiang Ling628S,mechanical transplanting extend2to3days than manual transplanting DSH.This suggests that three kinds of promoter did not shorten the DSH prolonged effect. Because there is no transplanting harm,direct seeding heading bring forward earing calendar period,start date spike, DSH artificial transplanting.The results show that mechanical transplanting should choose the suitable sowing amount and the suitable seedling age according to the different female parent, and transplanting effect is good with a small seedling age of18-25d.Machine planting female parent groups have larger yield potential because the highest number of seedlings, effective panicle, total number of spikelets were more than the female parent seedling transplanting.The parents need to reasonable arrangement to ensure the flowering and to improve the seed yield,then forbid growth period delay and seeding transplant period delay.3growth promoters selected in the test was not significantly shorten the growth period of female parent in hybrid rice seed production,so it can be further expanding the test screening and improving cultivation measures.
