The Experimental Study On The Effects Of Annaopingchong Decoction On The Expression Of Serum Gastrin And Somatostation In Intracerebral Hemorrhage Rat

Objective:To study the effect of Annaopingchong Decoction on the expression of serum gastrin and somatostatin in intracerebral hemorrhage rat, To discussion preventive and therapeutic effects on an nao ping chong Decoction treatment ac-ute gastric mucosal injury in intracerebral hemorrhage rat.Method:120 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 group:Sham-operated group, Model group, Treatment group with Annaoping chong Decoction, Ranitidine group. They were prepared at 24h,48h,3d,5d and 7d, respectively after operati-on, The models were established by injecting collagenase type IV stereotaxicall. the pathological changes of gastric mucosal were observed on Intracerebral hem-orrhage in rats, The expression of Serum GAS, SS were analyzed by Elisa.Results:Compared with model group,The degree of gastric mucosal injury was lower in Treatment group with Annaopingchong Decoction and Ranitidine group (P<0.05); Compared with model group, The level of Gastrin was decreased in Annaopingchong Decoction group and Ranitidine group (P<0.05);Compared with model group and Ranitidine group, The level of Somatostatin in Annaopi- ngchong Decoction group was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Annaopingchong Decoction can inhibit the expression of gastrin and somatostatin, Reduce the acute gastric mucosal injury after cerebral hemorrhage.
