| Objective:To investigate iodine intake on thyroid nodular diseasethrough detection of urine iodine which from the patients with nodularthyroid disease, nodular thyroid postoperative patients and the normalpopulation. Methods:The value of urine iodine was measured in130cases of thyroidnodular diseases patients (preoperative group),114cases of nodularthyroid postoperative patients (postoperative group) and114cases ofnormal people (control group) by the urine iodine quantitative detectionmethod.Three groups are randomly chosen from the people who to ShenzhenNanshan Hospital.Related clinical information was also collected.Dateevaluaton was carried out SPSS17.0software.Results:1Comparing the constituent ratio of urine iodine levels, three groupshave different constituent ratio of urine iodine levels(χ2=105.941,P<0.001). Comparing pairwise the constituent ratio of urine iodine levelsabout the three groups, all the differences had statistical significant.2The median of urine iodine in preoperative group was excessiveiodine, the median of urine iodine was323.05μg/L,the postoperative groupwas adequate iodine, the median of urine iodine was177.11μg/L,thecontrol group was more than adequate iodine, the median of urine iodinewas261.84μg/L. The median of urine iodine in preoperative group washigher than the control group and postoperative group, the difference hadstatistical significance.3Analyse the epidemiological questionnaire, there had notstatistically different between subgroups.Conclusion:1The patients with thyroid nodular diseases suffer excessive iodine, the patients with nodular thyroid postoperative suffer adequateiodine, health People suffer more than adequate iodine.2The incidence of thyroid nodular disease may be related to excessiveiodine intake.3The patients with thyroid nodular disease underwent surgicaltreatment may be able to make the iodine levels down.4Iodine due to iodine according to the local environment, combinedwith individual differences, scientific and tational iodine. |
