Objective To study the effect of PICP, ICTP and other biochemical of LBP onosteoporosis in rats. Methods Fourth-five three-month old SD female rats, which weightbetween180-230g, were randomly divided into sham group, OVX+saline group, OVX+low-dose LBP group, OVX+high-dose LBP group and OVX+DES group,9for each group.In addition to sham group rats were excised a little of adipose tissue around both ovary, theother groups were excised the both ovary. After fed them normally for two months, we begandrug intervention, killed all rats three months later, detected the serum concentrations of PICP,ICTP, Ca2+,Pi,Mg2+and ALT. Analysis the date by SPSS11.0. Results1) Compared shamgroup with OVX–saline group, all the dates except for ALT were changed, there waresignificant difference.2) Compared with OVX-saline group, the serum concentrations of PICP,ICTP in OVX+low-dose LBP group, OVX+high-dose LBP group and OVX+DES groupwere reduced in difference degree.3) Compared with OVX-saline group, the serumconcentrations of Pi in the intervention groups was not change; the serum concentrations ofALT was significantly lower; the serum concentrations of Ca2+, Mg2+in OVX+low-dose LBPgroup, OVX+high-dose LBP group and OVX+DES group was significantly lower.Conclusions1)LBP can reduce the serum concentrations of PICP, ICTP on osteoporosis inrats significantly.2) LBP can reduce the serum concentrations of Ca2+, Mg2on osteoporosis inrats.3) LBP have not any effect to the serum concentrations of Pi, ALT on osteoporosis in rats.4) Maybe LBPs treatment of osteoporosis in rats by reducing high decomposition and highsynthetic statement. |
