Objective To analyze the general clinical features and the correlation factors of coronaryslow flow Phenomenon. Methods The study population included112patients with angiographically provennormal coronary arteries admitted during April2008to April2011.Coronary flow patterns ofthe cases were determined by Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction(TIMI)method. Patientswho belonged to TIMI2or lower than it were included in the coronary slow flow group(n=46) and the others were included in the control group (n=66).Results①Compared with the control group incidence rate of history of diabetes mellitus, cigarette smoking and Typical chest pain were significantly higher in the CSF group(P<0.05)However, Body mass index(26.80±3.05VS25.14±2.30,P<0.05)were significantly higher thanthose in normal control group;②White blood cell count (6.84±1.83×109/LVS6.19±1.57×109/L,P<0.05), red blood cell count(4.87±0.55×1012/LVS4.52±0.49×1012/L,P<0.05),Hematocrit (44.73±5.79%VS40.70±6.14%,P<0.05),Mean platelet volume(10.93±1.61fl VS10.28±1.54fl,P<0.05)were significantly increased in the coronary slowflow group compared with the control group;③Compared with the control group in respectto OGTT2H of blood glucose(8.57±2.84mmol/LVS7.53±2.44mmol/L,P<0.05), blood uricacid (320.60±85.90umol/LVS255.79±54.51umol/L,P<0.05) and LDL-C(2.39±0.94mmol/LVS2.07±0.69mmol/L,P<0.05) were significantly higher in the coronary slow flow group;HDL-cholesterol level(0.91±0.28mmol/LVS1.12±0.36mmol/L,P<0.05) were significantlylower than the control group;④Logistic regression test suggest that Blood uric acid leve(lOR3.159,95%CI1.561~6.395,P=0.000),Red blood cell(OR2.447,95%CI2.447~15.130, P=0.000),HDL-C(OR0.345,95%CI0.148~0.801,P=0.013)were the risk factors ofcoronary slow flow. Conclusions Reduce in HDL-cholesterol level, increase in uric acid level and number ofred blood cell increase maybe the risk factors of coronary slow flow.
