Objiective To explore the occurrence and development of abdominal aortic aneurysm with detection of Cyckophilin A and matrix metalloproteinase-9in the normal abdominal aortic wall, non-ruptured abdominal aortic wall, ruptured abdominal aortic wall. Methods Collected in our hospital from June2004to February2011unruptured30cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm,10cases of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, and7cases of normal abdominal aorta as the control group, immunohistochemical method to detect all types of organizations Cyckophiiin A, matrix metalloproteinase9expression.results The patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm have a significantly higher Cyckophilin A, and matrix metalloproteinase-9level than those without abdominal aortic aneurysm, The patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm have a significantly higher Cyckophilin A, and matrix metalloproteinase-9level than those with unruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, Cyckophilin A showed significant positive relation to matrix metalloproteinase9positive correlation in Unruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm and ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, respectively. Conclusion Cyckophilin A and matrix metalloproteinase-9may promote the progression of abdominal aortic aneurysm.. |
