Agar dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the antibiotics.. The normal sodium as negative control5ã€Determination of bacteriostatic circle by K-B methods:Selected five different concentration of RSL dental care buccal tablets which were sub-MIC, then made into sensitive tablets.Added these sensitive tablets to agar plate with bacterial cultured for24hours, measure the inhibition zone diameterRESULTS1ã€The MIC of RSL dental care buccal tablets to Staphylococcus Aureus was125mg/ml, Viscous Oral Cocci was250mg/ml, saliva Streptococcus and Candida albicans were500mg/ml.2ã€The K-B method antibacterial experiment results show:RSL dental care buccal tablets can inhibit microbial growth. With the concentration of RSL dental care buccal tablets increasing, Staphylococcus Aureus are the most sensitiveCONCLUSIONIn summary, RSL dental care Buccal Tablets can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus significantly, but not obviously to oral cocci〠saliva Streptococcus and Candida albicans.RSL dental care Buccal Tablets can be an oral health care products, will have a good prospect. |
