Based on observation of morphology, Gram stai, the determination of physiological and biochemical characteristics, identification of bacterial species.2、Baeterial preparationsBaeterial were cultivated for24h, colonies picked in normal sodium and centrifuged15min, washed twice with sterilized normal sodium, adapted the optical density (OD) at540nm to1.3、Preparation of the RSL dental care buccal tabletsLapped into powder under aseptic condition, The RSL dental care buccal tablets were diluted into liquid medium by two-fold dilution, with concentration divided into500mg/ml、250mg/ml、125mg/ml、62.5mg/ml、31.3mg/ml.4、Determination of MIC by agar dilution method:5different concentrations of RSL dental care buccal tablets mixed into agar plate, make sure the different area of agar plates containing different concentrations of RSL dental care buccal tablets, cultivated for24h at37℃. Agar dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the antibiotics.. The normal sodium as negative control5、Determination of bacteriostatic circle by K-B methods:Selected five different concentration of RSL dental care buccal tablets which were sub-MIC, then made into sensitive tablets.Added these sensitive tablets to agar plate with bacterial cultured for24hours, measure the inhibition zone diameterRESULTS1、The MIC of RSL dental care buccal tablets to Staphylococcus Aureus was125mg/ml, Viscous Oral Cocci was250mg/ml, saliva Streptococcus and Candida albicans were500mg/ml.2、The K-B method antibacterial experiment results show:RSL dental care buccal tablets can inhibit microbial growth. With the concentration of RSL dental care buccal tablets increasing, Staphylococcus Aureus are the most sensitiveCONCLUSIONIn summary, RSL dental care Buccal Tablets can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus significantly, but not obviously to oral cocci、 saliva Streptococcus and Candida albicans.RSL dental care Buccal Tablets can be an oral health care products, will have a good prospect.
