Fertilizer manufacturing is one of the basic chemical, its main characteristics is to promote the development of the national economy at the same time, a lot of poisonous and harmful material is used in the production process, production process is complicated, easy to cause the poisonous and harmful material leakage, the occupational hazard factors of noise, dust, vibration, thermal radiation, high temperature is harmful for homework personnel’s health and life.At the same time because the modern work change in a way and the laborer high-level demand pursuit, the workers’ work, vulnerable to occupational stress factors influence, occupational stress not only will severely affect the physical health of laborer, also can cause serious damage to the social economy. With the medicine pattern from the simple biological medical model to the biological-psychology-society medical model of development, in order to protect workers’ health, in view of the characteristics of the fertilizer manufacturing industry, and carry out the workplace health promotion to prevent and control the disease.A large amount of research at home and abroad is confirmed that the health promotion in prevention and control the disease, improve laborers’ health is fruitful.A chemical fertilizer enterprise belong to the occupational-disease-inductive serious industry, in order to protect worker health, improves employee health level, in the work place develop health promotion research, promote enterprise development of occupational health, prevent and control the happening of the disease.Objectives:This study investigated understanding through a chemical fertilizer enterprise occupational health management, health education, occupational disease prevention and control, and acute occupational poisoning, inductrial injury, occupational health protection funds and situation of employees occupational health knowledge, health knowledge, health, life style, occupational health service demand, health knowledge demand, the occupational health knowledge needs, the circumstance such as occupational stress, analyzes the main existing problems and its influence factors, according the enterprise’s baseline survey results to promote health interventions to improve the enterprise management and employees occupational health knowledge, health knowledge, self-health care and skill level, form the behavior of healthy life style and workplace health promotion mode of the chemical fertilizer industry.Methods:Using cluster sampling method, the use of "health promotion enterprise" pilot projects on a baseline questionnaires to survey chemical fertilizer enterprise and all employees, analysis enterprise and its employees’ main occupational health and health problems, in view of the existing main problems and their need for intervention plan, implement5periods of health promotion intervention activities, after intervention, using the baseline questionnaires survey again to evaluate the effect.Main results:1. The results of the enterprise baseline survey:The Enterprise runs a perfect occupation health management system, every year, process health check-up, the occupational-disease-inductive factors monitoring work, occupational disease laws, regulations, rules and the individual protective equipment correct use of training before Posting on employees.2. The results of the Staff baseline survey:The occupational health situation:employee and enterprise to sign labor contract and attend insurance against injury at work, every year regularly for occupational health check-up,98.8%of production workers know where the existing work post the occupational-disease-inductive factors and set up the occupational hazard warning marks and warning specifications, and found that the occupational-disease-inductive factors is the main way of pre-job training, workers equipped with individual protective equipment and able to correctly wear,24.9%of workers to labor conditions are not satisfactory or very dissatisfied.The occupational health knowledge and health knowledge cognition:employees occupational health knowledge are higher, the lowest is that occupational disease can be prevented, the recognition is82.4%; The staff minimum of cognition to the right to health knowledge is chronic disease prevention measures, is46.0%.General health and lifestyle:existence main question is smoking rates high, diet flavors partial salty, percentage were39.8%,27.7%.Related services and health knowledge needs:staff wanted to know whether the work place exist the occupational-disease-inductive factors and its harm to human body, and hopes to get individual-used occupational-disease-prevention articles, attend the occupational health examination. Hope to understand chronic diseases, such as high blood pressure, diabetes prevention and control, and prandial balance for health knowledge.Professional nervous:in the survey the mental health exception rate was35.0%, the deal with ability, the self-conscious health condition is mental health protection factor; Occupational stress is mental health risk factors.3. The results of the enterprise after intervention survey:Enterprise pay attention to professional health work, increase the occupational health and health promotion of investment, take health education mode diversification, the content of the training not only have the occupational health knowledge, but also increased the health knowledge and health way of life and health skills training.4. The results of the employees after intervention survey:After intervention employees occupational health knowledge, health knowledge are increased by more than9%, to labor conditions improved satisfaction, the self-conscious health condition improved, lifestyle change is not apparent, the occupational health service needs constant, health knowledge needs and occupational health knowledge needs change, after intervention employees mental health exception rate is42.1%, occupational stress factors score increase.5. The intervention effect achieves the first stage intervention objectives.Conclusions:Through the first stage of health promotion short-term intervention, enterprise leaders pay attention to professional health work, increase the occupational health and health promotion of investment, employees involved in the health promotion activities high enthusiasm, grasp the occupational health knowledge, health knowledge levels increase significantly, the self-conscious health condition and working conditions of satisfaction with the degree of increases, and employee master health skill, for the health of the behavior change laid the foundation knowledge and skills, and, to some extent, makes the employee health improved quality.
