The expressions of CAV-1and CXCR4were detected by the S-Pimmunohistochemical method in25Tibet and25Han patients of BUC.Results1. The national gender composition of BUC patients between Tibetan and Hannationalities of Qinghai had no statistical significance (P>0.05). BUC of the twonation often appeared in more than50years old, the patients of Tibetan who wasmore than50years old was more than Han patients (P <0.05). The starting symptomsdifference of the two nations has statistical significance (P <0.05).2. Tibetan patients with BUC of G2-G3were more than Han (P <0.05). Tibetanpatients with invasive BUC were more than Han (P <0.05).3. The positive expression rate of CAV-1and CXCR4in Tibetan and Han patientswith BUC was higher than normal mucosa tissues (P <0.05).4. The positive expression rate of CAV-1in Tibetan and Han patients with BUC ofG2-G3was higher than G1,the invasive BUC was higher than superficial group (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of CXCR4in Tibetan patients with BUC was thesame in tumor grading situation and TNM stage (P>0.05).5. The positive expression rate of CAV-1in Tibetan and Han patients with BUCmade no difference (P>0.05). The positive expression rate of CXCR4in Tibetanpatients with BUC was higher than Han (P>0.05).Conclusion 1. Bladder tumor patients’ onset age of Tibetan patients in Qinghai is eld than Han,starting symptoms is more serious than Han.2. Tumor grading situation and TNM stage of Tibetan patients with BUC are moreserious than Han.3. The grading situation and TNM stage relate to CAV-1expression in Tibetan andHan patients with BUC in Qinghai.4. CAV-1expression positive rate in Tibetan and Han made no difference. Thepositive expression rate of CXCR4in Tibetan is higher than Han. This may berelated to Tibetan patients’ anoxic living environment. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | urothelium carcinoma, Tibetan, Han, Clinicopathologic characteristic, CAV-1, CXCR4 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
