Objective: To explore the value of non high-quality embryos transfer by analyzing relateddata of non high-quality embryos transfer between the fresh transfer cycles and the forzentransfer cycles.Methods:318cases of IVF undergoing the fresh transfer cycles from January2012toJanuary2013and667cases of IVF undergoing the forzen transfer cycles from January2010to January2013were analyzed retrospectively in this study. The transfered embryoswere divided into high-quality embryo group and non high-quality embryo group. All ofthe following parameters including clinical pregnancy rate, embryos implantation rate, early abortion rate, multiple pregnancies rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and carried the babyrate were compared between in fresh transfer cycles and forzen transfer cycles.Results:1. In the fresh transfer cycles, clinical pregnancy rate of high-quality embryoswas higher than that of non high-quality embryos. The clinical pregnancy rate of nonhigh-quality embryos was increased along with the increase of transfered embryo numbers, and closed to high-quality embryo group when transfered embryo numbers was threeembryos (43.6%and44.0%respectively, p>0.05).2. In the frozen transfer cycles, theclinical pregnancy rate of high-quality embryos which had been confirmed before and afterfreezing was higher than that non high-quality embryos. The clinical pregnancy rate of nocyro-damaged embryos and was increased along with the increase of transfered embryonumbers. The clinical pregnancy rate of partially cyro-damaged embryos after freezingwas the lowest, and not increased along with the increase of transfered embryo numbers.Conclusion:1.In the fresh transfer cycles, the transfer of non high-quality embryos canobtain higher clinical pregnancy rate when no high-quality embryos can been supplied,nonhigh-quality embryos can be used instead of giving up.2. Embryos with intactblastomeres in non high.-quality embryos should be chosen for transfer in the frozen transfer cycles, and shouldgive up the cyro-damaged embryos.
