Flaxseed is dicotyledon outline rose subclass plants flax linen (LinumUsitatissimum L) of the dry mature seeds. Flaxseed is rich in nutrients, containinglignin, dietary fiber,polyunsaturated fatty acids, etc. Can be used as a medicament andcan also squeeze creamy edible oil. Flaxseed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, inparticular, α-linolenic acid has high content. In this paper, Breaking through thetraditional, with6#solvent oil as the extraction solvent to obtain a high yield of low-toxic flaxseed oil. Provide the basis for the development and use of flaxseed oil.Firstly, by Soxhlet extraction method, comparative effects of four kinds ofsolvent(acetone, petroleum ether, ether and6#solvent oil) extraction rate of flaxseedoil. The results showed that6#solvent oil extraction highest rate can reach35.80%.Furthermore, the effect of the degree of crushing of flaxseed oil extractionrate,compared the20mesh,40mesh,60mesh,80mesh extraction rate under theconditions of the four kinds of crushed flaxseed oil. Granularity results showed thatthe extraction rate of four kinds of grinding grit were28.35%,33.85%,36.23%,37.50%. In view of this result, the follow-up study to crush size of40mesh as thebasic extraction conditions were appropriate process parameters.Soxhlet extraction, analysis of the four factors that affect flaxseed oil extractionrate by Design-Expert software, namely liquid ratio, extraction time, extractiontemperature, soaking time. The results showed that solid-liquid ratio and extraction timehave a very significant impact on the flaxseed oil extraction rate, extractiontemperature has a significant influence on the extraction rate. By analyzing theobtained optimum conditions for the solid-liquid ratio1:16.02(g/mL), extractiontemperature90.46℃, extraction time6.23h, soaking time38.01h. Validated getmaximum extraction rate of37.20%.Supercritical fluid extraction of linseed oil, respectively, the influence ofextraction temperature, extraction pressure, extraction time three factors flaxseed oilextraction rate. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extractiontemperature60℃, extraction time150min, extraction pressure30MPa. Under thiscondition, the extraction of linseed oil was26.5%.Flaxseed oil fatty acid mixture was prepared to determine the optimumparameters (flaxseed oil: NaOH: ethanol=1:0.15:3).93.6%fatty acid mixture obtained under this condition. Freeze acetone purified α-linolenic acid. Analysis of thefreezing temperature, freezing time, mixing ratio of fatty acid and acetone, these threefactors impact the yield and α-linolenic acid content. Get better conditions are:freeze temperature-25℃, mixed fatty acid and acetone ratio was1:6g/mL, thefreezing time8h. Under these conditions, the purity of alpha linolenic acid increasedfrom52.77%to58.30%.Purified using urea adduction α-linolenic acid. Analysis of the crystallizationtemperature, crystallization time, mixed fatty acid-urea-the proportion of ethanol,the impact of these three factors on the α-linolenic acid yield and content.Optimize the extraction process, the best technology for the crystallizationtemperature-20℃, mixed fatty acid: urea: ethanol1:1.5:9g/g/mL, crystallization time12h. Using the best technology for the verification test, get α-linolenic acid yield of5.58percent,α-linolenic acid content increased from52.77%to76.33%, improving23.56%.Comparative analysis of the production from different regions of China (InnerMongolia, Ningxia, Anhui, Shanxi, Gansu, Yunnan, Baicheng, Xinjiang)8flaxseedflaxseed oil content,α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid content of the sample. GetAnhui, Gansu, Yunnan, three out of fuel origin linseed oil were higher, respectively,50.50%,48.97%,48.37%. Comprehensive analysis of different origin flaxseed oilα-linolenic acid and linoleic acid content. The results showed that the production ofNingxia flaxseed α-linolenic acid54.63%, linoleic acid content of14.88%, both ofwhich a total of69.51%, higher than both the content of other origin. Both contentwere low which from Jilin. Comprehensive analysis shows that produced the bestquality flaxseed in Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia followed. This provides anormative reference for cultivation and quality evaluation of flaxseed.Using UV spectrophotometry, comparing the ability of flaxseed oil and VE freeradical scavenging, the results show that under the same conditions. Along with theincrease of linseed oil concentration, radical inhibition rate gradually increased.Therefore, the concentration of linseed oil with a free radical inhibition rate of acertain relevance.
