Research On Administrative Countermeasures Of Medical Instruments Inspection In Tianjin

With the development of science and technology，more and more medicalmeasuring instruments are used in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The functions andparameters of medical instruments impact the result of clinical diagnosis andtreatment, and have relations with healthy and safety of patients. So it’s veryimportant to enhance management of medical instruments inspection, avoid makingmistakes of clinical diagnosis from inaccurate medical instruments. For some reasons,many problems are still existed such as without quality stamps or certificates ofexamination and determination, having exceeded the period of examination anddetermination and having been rejected in examination and determination. Thepurpose of this paper is to design a new management mode of medical instrumentsverification to enhance the inspection of medical instruments and ensure the accuracyand reliability of medical instruments.Based on the research of current situation of medical instruments inspection inTianjin, combining with the author’s work experiences, summarizing overseasexperience and analyzing the present situations of medical instruments in Tianjin, theauthor analyzes the deep causes of those questions and then designs a new systembased on internet and computer technology. The new system with four statuses andone system as domination by medical organization, supervision by government,service by metrological testing organization and complaint by the masses. Referringto the information of medical instruments from the users，the measuring inspector,the metrological administrative department of the government and the public byinternet and computer technology, the author establishes a closed loop control systemof medical instruments. This new management system can ensure the inspection ofmedical instruments effectively.At last, concerning the management mode of medical instruments, the authorputs forward the countermeasures and suggestions for administrative and managementdepartments, metrological testing organization, financial department and the public, toensure the effective development of medical instruments inspection.
