| ã€Objective】1. To explore the expression of Beclin-1,Bcl-2and Bax protein in endometrioidadenocarcinoma and explore its clinicopathologic effects.2. To explore the roles of Beclin-1,Bcl-2and Bax protein in the development ofendometrioid adenocarcinoma.ã€Methods】Immunohistochemical S-P staining was used to detect the expression ofBeclin-1,Bcl-2and Bax in80cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and40cases normalendometrioid tissue. And we analyzed the relationship between these factors andclinicopathologic characteristics, and the relationship between the three factors.ã€Results】1.The positive rates of Beclin-1was7.5%and95%in endometrioid adenocarcinomaand normal endometrioid tissue respectivelyï¼›The positive rate of Bcl-2was88.75%and27.5%in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and normal endometrioid tissue respectivelyï¼›The positive rate of Bax was82.5%and20%in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and normalendometrioid tissue respectivelyï¼›The difference of positive rates of Beclin-1betweenendometrioid adenocarcinoma and normal endometrioid tissue was significant(P<0.05)ï¼›The difference of positive rates of Bcl-2was significant between endometrioidadenocarcinoma and normal endometrioid tissue (P<0.05). The difference of positive ratesof Bax was significant between endometrioid adenocarcinoma and normal endometrioidtissue (P<0.05).2. Spearman correlation showed that there was no significant positive correlationbetween Bax and Bcl-2(P>0.05). And there was significant negative correlation betweenBeclin-1and Bcl-2,between Beclin-1and Bax (P<0.05). 3.The positive expression of Beclin-1in80cases of endometrioid adenocarcinomawas significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM staging (P<0.05),but not associated with age, tumourous size, the depth of infiltration and the lymph nodemetastasis (P>0.05). The positive expression of Bcl-2in80cases of endometrioidadenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation (P<0.05),The positive expression rate of Bcl-2was not associated with age, tumourous size, thedepth of infiltration, the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P>0.05). The positiverate of Bax was not associated with age, tumourous size, the depth of infiltration, thedegree of differentiation, the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P>0.05).ã€Conclusions】1〠There is high positive expression of Bcl-2and Bax, and low positive expression ofBeclin-1. It suggests that these factors are concerned with the development and progressionof endometrioid adenocarcinoma.2〠A significance negative correlation between Beclin-1and Bcl-2, between Beclin-1andBax suggests that the former may down-regulate the expression of the latter to promote thedevelopment and progression of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.3〠Beclin-1and Bcl-2are associated with some clinical pathologic characters ofendometrioid adenocarcinoma. Beclin-1is related to the degree of differentiation and TNMstaging, hence it may be contributed to prognostic judgment. |
