Objective:To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of LC preoperative ERCP+EST andLC postoperative ERCP+EST in treating cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis.Method:The retrospective analysis of cases of LC and ERCP+ESP treatment of thecholedocholithiasis with choledocholithoasis from September2009to December2012in the first clinical hospital of Shanxi medical University and the general hospital ofTaiYuan iron and steel. There are39cases of LC preoperative ERCP+EST and30cases of LC postoperative ERCP+EST. This paper tries to compare the hospitalizationtime, complications, laboratory index between the two sides. Results:The two groups of cases were cured and discharged successfully. the hospitalizationtime of the preoperative group is obviously shorter than the postoperativegroup.(p<0.05). The syndrome of fever and acute pancreatitis number of thepreoperative group are less than the postoperative group.(P<0.05),The hemorrhageand perforation complications are less than the postoperative group.(p>0.05) TheLeukocytosis and hyperamylasemia number in the preoperative group are less thanthe postoperative group.(p<0.05) and there are no obvious difference between theindex of liver function recovery. Conclusion:The LC preoperative ERCP+EST group will shorten the hospitalization time, complications, laboratory index and decrease the complications and has a broad application prospects. It is worthy to be applied widely. But for multiplegallbladder stones, turgid type of cholecystolithiasispatients,we should consider thefirst LC, then ERCP+EST.
