Objective: To investigate the onset symptoms of the patients with Sj(?)gren’ssyndrome of140cases, clinical manifestations, immunological examination, histological examination and systemic examination are analyzed. All the resultsprovide the clinical basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of Sj(?)gren’s syndrome.Method: The clinical cases of the140patients with Sj(?)gren’s syndrome werechosen from the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January2002to May2013. Their clinical manifestations, onset symptoms, laboratory andauxiliary examination were analyzed statistically, in order to research the clinicalfeatures of Sj(?)gren’s syndrome. Results: Among the140patients,2patients are male and138are females, so theclinical incidence ratio of male to female is1:69.All of the patients, the commonincidence age is51to60years old (34.28%), followed by41to50years old (24.28%),the61to70years old (16.43%).The140patients with the shortest history were morethan20days,the longest to13years.The onset symptoms usually included dry mouth(94.29%), dry eyes(88.57%), arthralgia or numbness (64.29%), swelling of parotidgland (10.71%), fever (27.14%). Sj(?)gren’s syndrome complicated with systemicdamage included the involvement of hematological system (74.29%),the involvement ofliver function (52.14%), the involvement of renal function (23.57%).54patients of the140cases did tear secretion (Schirmer test), the positive rate was92.59%.135patientsof the140cases were examined immunologically, the positive rates of SSA,SSB,ANA,ANA titer were77.04%,47.41%,93.28%,94.78%, the increased rates ofIgM,IgA,IgG,RF were16.30%,19.26%,64.44%,33.59%. In the140cases,122patientsdid blood sedimentation, the increased rate of ESR was72.88%.;The positive rate of the labial salivary gland biopsy of the72patients was54.16%.In the all patients, there were128patients with primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome and12patients with secondarySj(?)gren’s syndrome. In the common onset symptoms of128patients with primarySj(?)gren’s syndrome, the incidence of dry mouth was94.53%,the incidence of dry eyeswas87.50%.The incidences of fever, arthralgia or numbness and swelling of parotidgland were28.16%,65.63%and10.94%.In the common onset symptoms of12patientswith secondary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome, the incidence of dry mouth was100.00%,theincidence of dry eyes was100.00%.The incidences of fever, arthralgia or numbness andswelling of parotid gland were16.67%,50.00%and8.33%.The positive rates of thelabial salivary gland biopsy and Schirmer test of128patients with primary Sj(?)gren’ssyndrome were52.30%and91.76%. In the immunological test, the positive rates ofSSA, SSB, ANA were77.24%,47.97%,92.62%.The positive rates of the labial salivarygland biopsy and Schirmer test of12patients with secondary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome were71.43%and100.00%. In the immunological test, the positive rates of SSA, SSB, ANAwere75.00%,41.67%,100.00%.There were no statistical significance between primarySj(?)gren’s syndrome and secondary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome in the onset symptoms, assistant tests and laboratory tests(p>0.05).Conclusion: The number of female patients with Sj(?)gren’s syndrome is higher thanmale, the highest incidence is40to70years old; Onset symptoms were varied in forms, mainly including dominated exocrine damage as dry mouth and dry eyes;Immunological and histological results were important to the clinical significance forthe diagnosis of Sj(?)gren’s syndrome.
