ObjectiveBased on analysing the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome elements in coronary heart disease(CHD) with premature ventricular contractions, as well as the correlation between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and Heart rate variability(HRV) in this disease, the article focused on revealing the relationship between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and the autonomic nervous dysfunction, in order to provide the enlightenment for the control measures, along with the standardization of TCM.MethodsBy using the way of retrospective analysis, the article collected76cases to fulfill the questionnaires which were based on the pattern of Syndrome Contribution integration, then calculated the integrations in the way of syndrome element integration. The correlation between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and HRV(SDNNI、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50) in this disease were gained by Pearson analysis and canonical correlation analysis.ResultsThere were12syndrome elements picking up from76cases. They were heart (61cases), liver (5cases), lung (4cases), kidney (4cases), deficiency of yang (12cases), deficiency of yin (8cases), deficiency of vital energy (25cases), deficiency of blood (6cases), phlegmatic hygrosis (32cases and21cases), stagnation of the circulation of vital energy (2cases) and stagnation of blood (2cases). Besides, spleen, stomach, qi collapse, the circulation of vital energy in the wrong direction, wind symptom, yang hyperactivity, heat, blood-heat, cold, fluid also existed damages. From the correlation analysis between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and HRV in this disease, there was a significant difference in gender(p<10-8(p<0.01) in male sample, while0.01<p<0.05in female sample). It meant that the male sample was ststistical significance. But the female’s was not so. According to the canonical correlation analysis between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and HRV, the correlations between them were obvious (sr>0.5). Combining the statistical results between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and the abnormal value degree of the HRV, the article could get that SDNNI and RMSSD played the indicative roles to tell the degrees of damages in the syndrome elements of five zang organs.ConclusionThe syndrome elements of the CHD premature ventricular contractions were heat, liver, lung, kidney. And heart was the main one. The other kind of syndrome elements were deficiency of vital energy, phlegmatic hygrosis, deficiency of yang, deficiency of yin, deficiency of blood, stagnation of the circulation of vital energy and stagnation of blood. Among them, deficiency of vital energy, phlegmatic hygrosis were the main parts. From the correlation analysis between the syndrome elements of five zang organs and HRV in this disease, there was a significant difference in gender. It meant that the male sample was ststistical significance. But the female’s was not so. Among the syndrome elements of five zang organs, heart, spleen and kidney had a significant correlation with HRV. Also, SDNNI and RMSSD played the indicative roles to tell the degrees of damages in the syndrome elements of five zang organs. Besides, lung and kidney were interrelated.
