| Objective:Based on92cases of patients with hyperthyroidism in our Graves131I one years after treatment in different periods hypothyroidism the incidence of early onset hypothyroidism discusses the rule and its influencing factors.Methods:92patients with131I therapy in patients with hyperthyroidism Graves, the mean age was (42.0±11.9) y, The male in14cases,78cases of female, Male: female=1:5. Collect the information of each patient, including symptoms, signs and laboratory tests,2,24hours iodine uptake rate, thyroid colour to exceed131I, dose, treatment after1,3,6and12months, hypothyroidism incidence. According to the TPOAb and TRAb which is divided into two groups (1groups:TPOAbã€TRAb are positive,2groups:TPOAb positiveã€TRAb negative1,3groups:TPOAbã€TRAb are negative1,4groups:TPOAb negativeã€TRAb positive), Using SPSS17qualitative data of group1,2, chi-square test, single factor analysis using t test (measurement data). P<0.05was taken as indicating statistical significance.Results:Groups of cases, respectively:one group of35cases,42cases of two groups, three groups of13cases, four groups in2cases. one year after radioiodine therapy, a group of hypothyroidism rate was22.9%(8/35), two groups hypothyroidism rate was45.2%(19/42), X2=4.20, P<0.05. one year after radioiodine therapy, hypothyroidism happened and normal thyroid recovery was the successful group, still for hyperthyroidism person was failure group, the group success and failure group data of single factor analysis, it is concluded that TPOAb (t=1.937, P<0.05) was closely related to the outcome of radioiodine therapy.Conclusion:after radioiodine therapy to hypothyroidism premature by many factors, according to TPOAb, TRAb level adjustment dose, but to a certain extent, reduce the incidence of early onset hypothyroidism. |
