| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions treated by hysteroscopic electrosurgery under the supervision of laparoscopy.Methods:62cases were selected from the Department of Gynecology, Maternal and Child Health Hospital of LinYi between January2012to October2013. All the case were diagnosed and treated with hysteroscopy under the supervision of laparoscopy. We did the reexamination with hysteroscopy and follow-up in one, three and six months separately.Results:Of62cases with intrauterine adhesion,23cases were moderate and39patients were severe.22cases with pelvic diseases were found in62cases (35.48%), in which8cases were pelvic adhesion (12.90%),5patients were hydrosalpinx(8.06%),4cases were pelvic endometriosis (6.45%),2cases got ovarian cyst (3.23%), the other3cases were polycystic ovary (4.84%). The endometrial thickness of all the patients were increased significantly after the treatment (P<0.01). The differences of the menstrual period were statistically significant (P<0.05) and the menstrual blood volume increased significantly(P<0.01). After operation,23cases with moderate adhesion were cured;34of39cases with severe adhesion were cured,3cases were mild adhesion and the other2patients were moderate adhesion. The ratio of intrauterine adhesion after operation was8.06%.8cases obtained normal pregnancy. Conclusion:The results show that hysteroscopic resection under laparoscopic monitoring is a secure and effective therapy for moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions and it needs to be popularized widely. |
