| ObjectiveWe want to explore the analysis of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhageamount of bleeding twenty to forty ml by trepanation and drainage surgery andconservative treatment effects, toprovide a variety of clinical treatment。MethodsRetrospective analysis and study from February2012to June2013, seventy-sixcases of the treatment of patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage。All thepatients are divided into research group(drilling drainage surgery)and the controlgroup(conservative treatment),including forty-six patients taking trepanation anddrainage, thirty patients with internal medicine conservative treatment measures。Thepurpose is to do comparative study in the hematoma absorption time and postoperativefuntion recovery for six months(according to GOS scores)with different treatments。ResultsHypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage with amount of bleeding twenty to forty ml,hematoma absorption time by taking trepanation and drainage surgery is two-eight days, with an average of three point five±zero point four days, and internal medicineconservative treatment in the hematoma absorption time is fourteen-thirty days, withan average of twenty-four±zero point eight days, the research group of the hematoma absorption time significantly shorter than the control group,(p <0.05). One patient hasbleeded again after operations by trepanation and drainage, rebleeding rate is two%,no infections。The functional rehabilitation after six months of drilling drainage, theresearch group with recovered well is thirty-five cases, accounted for seventy-six%ofthe drilling drainage surgery, internal medicine conservative treatment group resume fortwelve cases, accounting for forty%of the conservative group, The research grouprecovered well after operation than the control group (p <0.05), with statisticalsignificance。ConclusionDrilling drainage surgery in the treatment of hypertensive basal gangliahemorrhage(with amount of bleeding twenty to forty ml) can obviously reduce thepatient’s hospital stay, reduce the patient disability rate and improve patient’s prognosisand improve the effect of patients with postoperative rehabilitation。... |
