| ObjectiveResearch that is about HPV subtype infection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaand cervical cancer of Linyi region, provides a theoretical basis for application of HPVvaccine to clinical triage and provides treatment of patients with positive HPV.Methods300cases of patients that use gene chip method for HPV detection before operationdefinite pathological results of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, wecan analysis the relationship between cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancerwith infection of HPV.Results1The high-risk HPV infection in cervical lesions was different. The majority ofhigh-risk HPV infection in low-grade lesions group (CIN â… ) were HPV16, HPV58,HPV52, HPV31, but high disease group (CIN â…¡-â…¢)were HPV16, HPV58, HPV33,HPV31, The high-risk HPV infection of cervical cancer group was mainly with HPV16,HPV58, HPV52. HPV16, HPV58was the main subtype infection in cervical lesions.2The high-risk HPV infection was correlated highly with different grades ofcervical lesions (χ2=8.493, P=0.014<0.05,it was significantly different; contingencycoefficient is0.732, the approximate P value is0.0012, it was significantly different).3HPV16infection was correlated highly with different grades of cervical lesions(χ2=25.476, P=0.000, contingency coefficient was0.714, the approximate P value is0.000, both were significantly different).4No significant difference was found between multiple high-risk HPV infectionwith cervical lesions of different grades (χ2=3.558, P=0.313>0.05, not significant)Conclusions1The research shows that HPV16and HPV52are the high infection rate of HPVsubtypes in Linyi. If we find people who are HPV16and HPV58positive in screening of cervical cancer and cervical lesions, we would observe closely them and treat timely themto prevent its progression to cervical cancer. The study also provides the basis for theclinical development of HPV vaccine.2The result of this study shows the high-risk HPV infection in different cervicallesions were significant difference, and the high-risk HPV is highly correlated with thedifferent cervical lesions, the result once again confirms the high-risk HPV infection is oneof the main causes of cervical carcinoma.3The results of this study shows that HPV16in different cervical lesions wassignificant difference, HPV16is highly correlated to the different cervical lesions. You canthink HPV16is the main causes of cervical cancer.4The result of this study shows no statistical significance of multiple high-risk HPVinfection in different grades of cervical lesions.we can think there are no significantdifferences from multiple HPV infection and herpes infection in the risk of cervical cancer. |
