| Objective: To explore the correlation between the cerebral function of early stroke,venous Phase value and NIHSS scores, blood perfusion by measuring venous Phasevalue.Materials and methods:30patients were collected to accept MR scanning, including18males and12females(aged47-86years, mean age62.7years; time of onset5-72hours, mean time35.3hours). MRI was performed using a GE Signa1.5T machine.The scanning sequences included: Sagittal SE-T1WI, axial SE-T1WI, axial FSE-T2WI,axial T2-FLAIR, axial DWI, SWI, DSC-PWI, MRA or CTA. NIHSS scores wererecorded. Measurement of PWI image reconstruction in infarction area CBF, CBV, MTT,TTP and the contralateral corresponding regions of CBF, CBV, MTT, TTP, CBF, CBV,get the focus side MTT and TTP value, and the normal side CBF, CBV, MTT, TTP value,the difference of bilateral CBF value denoted the value of rCBF(rCBF=CBF of thenormal side value-the focus side CBF value). The SWI raw data into the personalcomputer, the neural image signal processing software (Singal Process In Neuroimaging)processing, phase diagram generation after filtration of the(FPI), amplitude andminimum intensity projection diagram(SWIMinIp); Combined with DWI and SWIMinIp,using SPIN software in the phase images were measured after filtration oninfarctionarea and Phase the contralateral corresponding region a vein of value difference(Δφ),respectively, with Δφlesionand Δφnormal1, vein Phase and measurement on both sides ofnon responsibility vascular value difference, respectively using Δφnear lesionand Δφnormal2,said on Δφnormal1and Δφnormal2average number on Δφnormal, Δφnormal=(Δφnormal1+Δφnormal2) /2. Paired with the Wilcoxon signed rank test statistics sample difference analysis; twoindependent sample analysis on the difference of the Wilcoxon notation is used totest;correlation analysis of two sampleswith Spearman rank correlation analysis; factordifference analysis using linear regression analysis value infarct zone vein Phase.NIHSS score less than6were divided into mild group, score greater than or equal to6for moderate and severe group. SWIMinIPimages show vessels increased, thickened into1groups, no significant change of blood vessel into2groups.Results: Δφlesionand Δφnear lesion, Δφnormalhave significant differences (p<0.05); Δφnearlesionand Δφnormalhave no significant difference (p<0.05); The lesion CBF value, CBVvalue, MTT value were significant differences and the contralateral (p<0.05); Δφlesionvalue and NIHSS scores have significant correlation (r=-0.559, p=0.01), Δφlesionbetween mild group and severe group have significant differences (p<0.05); The1group and2group Δφlesionvalue have significant differences (p<0.05), the significantfactors of age, sex and time of onset were not the effect of early stroke Δφlesionvalue.Conclusions: Venous infarction significantly reduce Phase value difference, the vein ofthe Phase value difference can reflect the blood oxygen saturation and OEF in vein,correlated well with the clinical NIHSS scores, venous infarction Phase value canreflect the function and stroke severity of stroke patients in early stage of brain tissue;By contrast SWIMinIpimages vascular change of scope and DWI shows high signal canbe in a certain extent that ischemic penumbra. |
