| Objectives:Observation of cardiac structure and function in patients with hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus, To provide the basis for such patients heart damage prevention. Methods:According to the presence or absence of diabetes, Eligible patients were divided into two groups. The first group of patients were hypertensive patients:A total of40cases, as the control group, The second group of hypertensive patients with type2diabetes mellitus:A total of45cases, as the observation group. Using the M type ultrasound measurements Interventricular septum end-diastole thickness (IVST)ã€Left atrial diameter (LA)ã€left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT)ã€Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD)ã€Fractional shortening (FS).Using the Modified Simpson measurements LVEF;Using the Pulse doppler measurements Eã€A and E/A ratio, Pulmonary venous flow velocity of systole(PVS), Pulmonary venous flow velocity of diastole(PVD),PVS/PVD ratio. Using the tissue doppler imaging to measure left ventricular Tei index.Result:1:Compared with simple hypertension, hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus and age group, gender, height, weight, body surface area, the course was no significant difference (P>0.05). Hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd), septal thickness (IVST), left atrial (LA), left ventricular mass (LVM), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were higher than the hypertension group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) hypertension and hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus group after group of left ventricular wall thickness (LVPWT) relative wall thickness (RWT) on.2:with a relatively simple hypertension, hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus peak early diastolic mitral flow velocity (E peak) reduced, peak late diastolic flow velocity (A peak) increased, E/A ratio reduced, but the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05); hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus group systolic function group index ejection fraction (EF), fractional shortening (FS) were lower than the hypertensive group, but both were within the normal range, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus group Tei index higher than hypertension group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1:hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus septal thickness (IVST), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd), left atrial (LA), left ventricular mass (LVM), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were more than simple hypertension. Early evaluation of patients with hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus heart function and structure has important clinical significance.2:hypertension and type2diabetes mellitus have an impact on cardiac structure and function, the coexistence of both the structure and function of the heart is stronger than the impact of simple hypertension or diabetes. |
