Objective Explore the exogenous MCP-1induce migration of the nestin positive neural in vivo. Methods Preparation of exogenous induction of MCP-1model of induction endogenous the nestin positive cells, and take cerebral perfusion in3days,5days,7days,14days,21days after modeling. Using paraffin section immunohistochemical method, dynamic observation of the distribution of the different parts of the nestin positive cells in the brain. Results With the passage of time, the rectify cumulative average absorbance of the nestin positive neural stem cells in cortex are:group for3days is14.181±0.437; group for5days is18.256±0.579; group for7days is22.197±0.594; group for14days is35.378±0.484; group for21days is38.593±0.507.Groups was statistically significant among groups, and increasing relationship. With the passage of time, the rectify cumulative average absorbance of the nestin positive neural stem cells in hippocampus are:group for3days is10.464±0.861; group for5days is12.823±0.746; group for7days is15.593±0.497; group for14days is20.479±0.588; group for21days is22.443±0.534.Groups was statistically significant among groups, and increasing relationship. Conclusion:Exogenous MCP-1can promote cortical areas nestin-positive cells migrate to the site of MCP-1enriched; Exogenous MCP-1can promote hippocampus nestin-positive cell proliferation, and migration trends to the cortex.
