Objective:To study the effect of Milrinone inhalation treatment on pulmonary artery pressure(PAP)、pulmonary function and Oxygen saturation of patients with pulmonary hypertension(PH) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:Since2013,all of60patients with COPD and pulmonary hypertension were divided into control group (20cases), Milrinone group (20cases)and Alprostadil group(20cases)randomly. Patients of the control group were treated by the routine treatment, patients of the Milrinon group were treated by the Milrinon based on the routine treatment.and patients of the Alprostadil group were treated by the Alprostadil based on the routine treatment. Then the variation of the pulmonary artery systolic pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction、blood oxygen saturation and the pulmonary function of the three groups were compared.Result:The pulmonary artery systolic pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction, blood oxygen saturation and the pulmonary function of the observation group after one week of treatment was (41.4±4.0) mmHg、(67.4±5.3)%、(90.1±3.2)%、(61.8±5.2)%、(59.4±7.8)%, compared with the (61.7±4.1) mmHg、(65.7±3.1)%、(86.8±3.7)%、(55.7±6.8)、(60.7±8.4) of the control group, PAP、 EF showed high significant differences (P<0.05); The blood oxygen saturation, pulmonary function of the control group, showed no significant differences (P>0.05). Compared with the (45.7±3.6) mmHg、(61.7±3.9)%、(85.8±4.0)%、(54.7±4.0)、(60.4±5.6) of the Alprostadil group, PAP、LVEF showed high significant differences (P<0.05); The blood oxygen saturation, pulmonary function of the control group, showed no significant differences (P>0.05). Milrinon inhalation treatment can reduce the PAP and LEF obviously. but no effect on their pulmonary function、blood gas index and systemic blood pressure.Compared with the alprostadil group, PAP、LVEF showed no significant differences(P>0.05), but the atomization inhalation treatment method is simple、feasible, and provide a new way for family therapy.Conclusion:Milrinon inhalation treatment shows significant effect in decreasing the pulmonary hypertension, and it is worth to widely spreading.
