| Backgroud In recent years children youth development presents the trend of thedevelopment of precocious puberty by more and more people’s attention. Now in manycauses of precocious puberty, thinking of environmental endocrine disruptors (EDCs) isone of the causes. Bisphenol A (BPA) as a kind of environmental endocrine disruptors, caninterfere with normal endocrine activities. In animal research, continuous low dose ofexposure can cause sexual development in advance, females are more sensitive. But up tonow,there are few report of the influence of bisphenol A in Permature Thelarche(PT) ofbelow2yrs gilrs and Permature Thelarche,Central Precocious Puberty(CPP) of6-8yrsgirls,and mechanism of bisphenol A in the hypothalamus or other organizations throughwhat kind of way on the target cell is not clear.Objective From the perspective of clinical observation,we study the influence ofBPA to below2yrs girls with permature thelarche and the relationship between bisphenolA and the6-8yrs girl’s permature thelarche and central precocious puberty,trying to findthe mechanism of bisphenol A causing precocious puberty.Methods1.We choose40girls aged6m--2yrs with breast development and32femalinfants with no breast development as control group in our clinic,then we measure heightand weight,inquire about feeding,determine bisphenol A concentration withHPLC-MS-MS and determine sex hormones with chemiluminescence method.Then wecompare the difference between the two groups and analysis the relationship betweenbisphenol A and sex hormones.2We choose47girls aged6-8yrs with CPP,56girls with PT and53girls with nopuberty development(control group) in our clinic. We measure height andweight,determine bisphenol A concentration with HPLC-MS-MS, sex hormones with chemiluminescence method and Kisspeptin concentration with ELISA,then compare thedifferences among the three groups and analysis the relationship between bisphenol A andsex hormones and Kisspeptin.Result1.For girls aged6m--2yrs of PT group,the relevance ratio of BPA is67.5%,and the concentration is13.95±1.187ng/ml,which are higher than the control groupwith relevance ratio30.9%,and the concentration8.036±0.548ng/ml, which havestatistical significance (P <0.05).The FSH,,PRL concentrations have no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05) in the two groups.The relevance ratio of E2in6m--2yrs girls of PTgroup(50%) is higher than the control group(18.75%)which has statistical significance (P<0.05). The relevance ratio of LH in6m--2yrs girls of PT group(47.5%) is higher than thecontrol group(0.00%) which has statistical significance (P <0.001) There are norelationship between bisphenol A and FSH(r=0.179) and PRL(r=0.279). There arerelationships between bisphenol A and LH and E2(P<0.05).2. The BPA relevance ratio (95.83%) and concentration in CPP group (31.94±7.302ng/ml) are higher than PT group (82.14%(15.57±1.426ng/ml) and controlgroup(58.5%)(9.912±0.736ng/ml),which have statistical significance (P <0.05P<0.01).BPA detection rate of PT group is high than normal control group,but the concentration ofBPA has no statistical differences compared with normal control group,(P>0.05).Theconcentration of Kisspeptin in CPP group (327.2±30.11pg/ml) is higher than PT group(224.2±19.81pg/ml) and control group (244.2±17.47pg/ml), which has statisticalsignificance (P <0.005). PT group of Kisspeptin concentration has no statisticaldifferences compared with normal control group,(P>0.05).E2concentration in CPP group(37.69±3.508pg/ml) is higher than PT group(27.44±2.002pg/ml,),which has statisticalsignificance (P <0.01). There are no relationships between bisphenol A and Kisspeptinand LH and FSH (P>0.05). There is relationship between bisphenol A and E2.(P <0.05)Conclusion girls aged6m--2yrs under the existence of BPA exposure.BPAexposure is likely one of the causes of PT for girls6m--2yrs. BPA exposure maybeaffect the secretion of LH,E2,. The occurrence of6-8yrs girls central precocious puberty isassociated with BPA exposure. BPA exposure of6-8yrs precocious puberty girls maybeincrease the secretion of E2,but not LH and FSH.BPA exposure is likely one of the causesof CPP for6-8yrs girls.BPA probably not by the influence of kisspeptin protein induce the rise of E2,which affect precocious puberty,... |
