With the changing times, the unique culture of the hospital and thecomprehensive strength of the core competitiveness will gradually replace thetechnical condition, the Scale, the History and other factors to determine thefate of the hospital. Only construction excellent hospital culture, shaping thehospital’s unique core competitiveness can enable the hospital to thrive.Currently, the domestic medical market with significant changes occurred inthe past, Foreign domestic medical market will also enable the hospital isfacing more intense competition in the market environment. Compared toforeign hospitals, our hospital is week in core competitiveness. Strengtheningcultural construction of the hospital is very useful to the core competitivenessof the hospital. The emergence of new media for the culture of the hospitalprovides new opportunities and platforms. This article is based on wechat as arepresentative of the new media to analysis of the role of the culturalconstruction of the hospital. Through micro-channel as a representative of thenew media, Analysis of Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medicalmicro-channel to create a public platform for hospital operations and the roleplayed by culture, Thus further analysis of new media in the culturalconstruction of the strengths and weaknesses, in the face of new media bringnew problems, and how to respond.
