The Clinical Curative Observation Of Needle Warming Moxibustion Combined With Pricking Bloodletting On Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the different effect on needle warming moxibustion combined with pricking bloodletting and simple Acupuncture on Knee osteoarthritis, and to find more reliable teeatment on Knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Clinical60patients with met inclusion criteria of patients with Knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups for clinical observations; The first group (30cases) gives simple Acupuncture treatment, the second group (30cases) gives needle warming moxibustion combined with pricking bloodletting treatment.Results:According to medical statistics, two groups of gender, age, course of disease patients have no significant difference (P>0.05) with comparable. The results found that the treatment of needle warming moxibustion combined with pricking blood group total effectiveness is93.3%, the simple acupuncture group is80%,. with the data analysis of P>0.05by the SPSS. V19.0statistics software, there was no significant difference between the simple acupuncture group with the needle warming moxibustion combined with pricking blood group.Conclusion:1. The simple acupuncture group and the needle warming moxibustion combined with pricking blood group in treating Knee osteoarthritis both have distinct significant effect.2. There is no significant difference in curative effect of the needle warming moxibustion combined with pricking blood group and the simple acupuncture group.
