Patients with MPP were divided into2groups:a mild disease group (MPP group:60patients) and a severe disease group (SMPP group:30patients), and20healthy children were recruited as the control group over the same period. The level of SOD in3groups was measured by spectrophotometric method. The level of8-iso-PGF2a in3groups was measured by ELISA. The level of SF in3groups was measured by electrochemiluminescence detection system.Results:l.The level of8-iso-PGF2a in serum was described as follows:MPP group:M(Q)6.01(13.14)ng/L; SMPP group:M(Q)24.2(24.05)ng/L; the control group:M(Q)4.33(2.42)ng/L. There is no significant difference between the MPP group and the control group (P>0.05), The8-iso-PGF2a level of SMPP group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01)..The8-iso-PGF2a level of the MPP group was lower than that of the SMPP group (P<0.01).2.The level of SF in serum was described as follows:MPP group:M (Q)80.91(54.57)ng/ml; SMPP group:M(Q)139.69(120.98)ng/ml; the control group: M(Q)82.48(70.60) ng/L. There is no significant difference between the MPP group and the control group (P>0.05). The SF level of the SMPP group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The SF level of the MPP group was lower than that of the SMPP group (P<0.01).3. The level of SOD in serum was described as follows:MPP group:M(Q)138.60(25.20)U/ml; SMPP group:M(Q)94.43(63.58)U/ml; the control group:M(Q)123.10(11.28)U/ml. The SOD level of the MPP group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01)..The SOD level of the SMPP group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SOD level of the MPP group was higher than that of the SMPP group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The level of OS in SMPP group was significantly higher than that in the MPP group and the control group, showed that the severity of lung injury was related with the level of OS in children with MPP, OS may be an important factor of lung injury in patients with SMPP The level of SOD in the SMPP group was significantly lower than that in the MPP group and the control group, showed that the ratio of decompensation of the antioxidant system in the children with SMPP was higher than that in the children with MPP and healthy children. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, Mycoplasma pneumoniaoxidant stress, superoxide dismutase, 8-iso-prostaglandinF2αserum ferritin, children | | PDF Full Text Request | | Related items |
