A Preliminary Study On The Relationgships Among Different Symptoms Of The Pe Ptic Ulcer, Gastroscope, Hp And ACTH

ObjectiveTo approach the relationgship between the different symptoms of the peptic ulcer (Peptic Ulcer, PU) and the microscopic diagnosises, which were gastroscope, Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori, Hp) drenocorticotropic hormone (ATCH),and to improve the academic level and the clinical curative effect of TCM diagnosis and treatment of PU.Methods(1)150cases were collected with inclusion and exclusion criteria.(2) The syndrome differentiation of PU referred to guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of TCM digestive disease. Collecting and observing results of gastroscope,Hp, and ACTH.(3)For count data by Chi-square test; for the measurement data, if the data conformed to normality and homogeneity, t-test or analysis of variance wouldl be choosed, otherwise Mann-Whitney test. The statistical software was SPSS13.0.Results(1) In150cases, there were49cases of gastric ulcer,97cases of duodenal ulcer, and4cases of complex ulcer.(2) The relationgship between gastroscope and different symptoms:through Chi-square test, syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach was always showed up in active phase with significant difference (P<0.05);syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi was always showed up in scarring phase with significant difference (P<0.05). Mucosal erosion was always showed in the syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach(P<0.05). Mucosal hyperemia and bleeding was more in the syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach and syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi. Pale mucous membranes were more in syndrome of shenyin deficiency(P<0.05).(3)The relationgship between Hp and different symptoms:the positive rate of syndrome of stagnated heat of liver was higher than other syndromes. The positive rate of each syndrome was no significant difference.(4) The relationgship between ACTH and different symptoms:Though Mann-Whitney test syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi had a significant different effect with other symptoms. And the syndrome of spleen deficiency was different from the syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach.ConclusionThere were close relationships among the different symptoms of PU, the gastroscope, Hp, ACTH.(2) It could be significant reference for clinical treatment.
