The Clinical Research Of Clyster Of Self-made Qinghua Decoction To Treat The Postoperative Patients With Colorectal Cancer Belong To Syndrome Of Dampness Retention In The Middle-energizer

Objective: A clinical study of applying clyster of self-made qinghua tang to treatsyndrome of dampness retention in the middle-energizer caused by colorectal canceroperation.Substance:This paper aims to evaluate the effect of applying clyster of self-madeqinghua tang to treat syndrome of dampness retention in the middle-energizer causedby colorectal cancer operation to find out the cure and prevention, and provideexperience in treating syndrome of dampness retention in the middle-energizer.Content: This paper studies the effect of applying clyster of self-made qinghuatang totreat syndrome of dampness retention in the middle-energizer caused by colorectalcancer operation. The effect is measured by the changes of subjects’ symptom ofTCM、the quality of life（QLQ-C30）、Performance Status before and after clyster ofself-made qinghuatang treatment.Method: Sixty subjects were enrolled into this study and randomly distributed intotreatment group(30people) and control group(30people). The changes ofsubjects’symptom of TCM、the quality of life（QLQ-C30）、Performance Status beforeand after clyster of self-made qinghuatang treatment was closely observed andrecorded, and a statistical analysis was conducted.Results:(1) The two group from the TCM syndrome comparison:<1> from the perspective of The general integral of symptom of TCM, the symptoms of syndromeof dampness retention in the middle-energizer was improved in both groups(P<0.05),and treatment group did significantly better than control group(P<0.05).<2> In termsof The integral of symptom, two groups showed statistical differences in the cure offrequency of bowel movement、heaviness and distention of the abdomen、rectaltenesmus、burning sensation in the anus、irregular bowl movement、insomnia(P<0.05),and treatment group was better than control group; while in the cure of bloody stools、poor appetite, two groups showed no statistical differences before and after thetreatment.(2) In terms of the quality of life（QLQ-C30）, the treatment group didstatistically better than control group (P<0.05).(3) The comparison of PerformanceStatus before and after the treatment of these two groups showed statisticaldifferences(P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than control group.(4) safetyindex of observation item showed no statistical difference before and after thetreatment(P>0.05), which indicated that no significant toxic side effect was observedand it is safe to apply clyster of self-made qinghua tang to treat syndrome ofdampness retention in the middle-energizer.Conclusion: The results showed that it was effective to treat syndrome of dampnessretention in the middle-energizer caused by colorectal cancer operation throughclyster of self-made qinghua tang treatment.Significantly improve the postoperativepatients with colorectal cancer defecate frequency through treatment, abdominal bulge,tenesmus, anal burning, thirst symptoms, and can improve the quality of life ofpatients, improve the PS score.
