| Objective: On the study of Prescription of adjusting liver and harmonizing stomachwith clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia and depressivestate,observe the improvement of patient’s clinical symptoms and the Hamiltondepression rating scale(HAMD)and the impaction of gastric emptying, MTL,GAS.aswell as clarify the mechanism,clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinesemedicine.We focus on the clinical application about Prescription of adjusting liverand harmonizing stomach,with the purpose of providing strong support to the usageof integrative medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:70patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment groupincluding35cases and control group with35cases.The control group was givenDomperidone Maleate Tablets and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The treatmentgroup was given the Prescription of adjusting liver and harmonizing stomach besidesthe conventional medicine mention above(Radix bupleuri, Rhizoma atractylodismacrocephalae, Fructus aurantii tmmaturus,Pericarpium arecae, Pericarpium citrireticulatae, Badix paeoniae alba, Rhizoma acori tatarimowⅡ, Radix curcumae,Poria’root, Radix glycyrrhizae).Two groups were each treated for30days,1coursetotally.Before and after treatment in detecting patient’s clinical symptoms andHAMD’s score and the impaction of gastric emptying, MTL,GAS. After theobservation for the statistical processing of indicators.Results:①Comparison of the total curative effect: treatment group Clinical cure7cases, markedly effective18cases, effective8cases, invalid2cases, the total efficiency of94.29%; control group Clinical cure3cases,16cases markedly effective,effective9cases, invalid7cases, the total efficiency of80%. There is significantdifference between the two groups (P<0.05).②Comparison of therapeutic effect ofsyndrome:11cases of clinical cure,19cases markedly effective, effective in4cases,invalid1cases,the total efficiency of97.14%; control group6cases were cured,10cases markedly effective, effective14cases, invalid5cases, the total effective ratewas85.71%. There is significant difference between the two groups，differencebetween two groups (P<0.05).③Comparison of MTL and GAS,two groups after thetreatment, MTL and GAS were significantly impoved than before treatment, thetreatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).④Comparison of the gastricemptying: two groups after the treatment,the rate of gastric emptying weresignificantly impoved than before treatment, there was a significant differencebetween two groups (P<0.05).⑤Comparison of HAMD: the patients of two groupsafter the treatment, the situation of HAMD were significantly impoved than beforetreatment, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);⑥Comparison of safety: the two groups during treatment, no obvious adverse reactionswere found, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, renal function and liverfunction before and after treatment, and there were no abnormal changes of ECG wereassociated with drugs.Conclusion:①Prescription of adjusting liver and harmonizing stomach can effectivetreatment clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia and depressivestate,the total curative effect is better than control group;②It can obviously reducethe patients with functional dyspepsia and depressive state clinical symptoms andsigns, improve the quality of life of patients.③It can significantly impove thesituation of HAMD,improve the quality of life of patients.④It can significantlyimpove the level of MTL and GAS.⑤Prescription of adjusting liver and harmonizingstomach with clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia and depressivestate,Safely and effectively,can become the ideal treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine. |
