| In our country, aerobics is a popular program for middle-aged women which has apositive role in strengthening their physical fitness and promoting public health level.Compared with smaller traditional aerobics exercise intensity, strength training has not got theattention of middle-aged women, but it turns out that strength training for middle-aged femaleflexibility, muscle strength, enhancement of preventing diseases such as osteoporosis have avital role. On this basis, this study investigates into the traditional aerobics resistance load,and the effects of strength training of middle-aged women exercise, to explore more scientificand effective exercise in midlife women.Scientific approach has been taken in this article and such research methods as theliterature material method, expert interview method, data statistics method, experimentalmethod and so on have been adopted.20healthy middle-aged women in fitness club ofNortheast Normal University who for the first time participate in fitness activities areconsidered as the research object and taken as the experimental group to participate inappropriate sports exercise, time for24weeks, while10healthy middle-aged women in theprocess of random experiment who did not participate in any fitness running are taken ascontrol group. Experimental group was divided into aerobic group and mixed group, aerobicgroup separately only aerobics training, mixed group in addition to take part in aerobicstraining load resistance strength training. Respectively before and after the experiment, theparticipants’ height, weight, body fat%, waist-hip ratio, vital capacity index, blood pressure,steps such as body index test, all results should be independent sample t-test for SPSS17.0software.Through literature analysis and data processing result, get the following conclusions:1.The participants feedback can be found from the experiment ends, increase the load resistancestrength training of aerobics fitness sports is popular with middle-aged woman, than for asingle aerobics exercise, the increase of the aerobics the load resistance strength training helpskeep middle-aged woman physical and mental health. To add load resistance strength trainingof aerobics exercise, can effectively reduce the middle-aged women’s body fat content, makea waist-to-hip ratio, BMI decreased obviously, and increase the content of the body’s muscles,can not only build our bodies, prevent and reduce cardiovascular risk, also can make effectiveimprovement form, for raising the level of physical and mental health in middle-aged womanhas a positive meaning.2. Insist for a long time to increase the load resistance strength training of aerobicsexercise, which can effectively enhance the middle-aged woman of cardiopulmonary function, promote vital capacity index, slow breathing function recession, effectively improve therespiratory function; After the experiment the subjects’ heart rate and systolic blood pressureand diastolic blood pressure significantly lower compared with before exercise, long-termengaged in load resistance strength training of aerobics can improve the structure and functionof the heart, at the same time, strengthen the respiratory function, has positive effect onprevention of middle-aged women’s heart and lung function decline. In enhancing the effectof cardiopulmonary function, increase the load resistance strength training of aerobics andsingle effect is not obvious difference of aerobics, aerobics movement experiment is the maincause of cardiopulmonary function promote middle-aged woman.3. Compared with for single aerobics exercise, an increase in the load resistance strengthtraining of aerobics exercise on middle-aged woman had the greatest influence effect isobtained significantly higher, the index of the subjects’ strength and has very significantdifference. Subjects muscle strength and muscle fiber coarseness got obvious improvement, inenhanced load resistance in the process of the strength training of aerobics training,middle-aged woman to speed up the metabolism rate, improved muscle tissue, muscle fiberincreasing enlargement, muscle strength increased, the body fat percentage decline, body fatreducing, fat weight gain, and the total weight is changed little, the acquired through sporthigh density, strength and body has positive significance to the prevention of osteoporosis.4. Compared with for single aerobics exercise, the increase in the load resistance strengthtraining of aerobics and improvement of the joint flexibility, balance and cardiovascularendurance has a better effect, and after a long time of exercise, the power and flexibility ofmiddle-aged woman become trainable. |
