| In recent years, The micro-implant anchorage has been used as a stable anchorage in upper molar distalization. Placement of miniscrews in the buccal interradicular bone is one of the most common approaches used to provide skeletal anchorage. Maxillary molar distal movement is often required to treat patients with Class II malocclusion and mildly maxillary protrusion.Recently, with the explosively growth in clinical application, the implant-supported molar distalization systems, typically applied to treat patients with Class II malocclusion and mildly maxillary protrusion, has been one of the main medical approach to Correct Class II molar relationship. As an effective theoretical method, the three dimensional finite element method,in stress analyzing, has been widely used in biomechanical study. Objective:In this dissertation, by modeling the three dimensional finite element models of distalizing the upper molar with buccal micro-implant anchorage. the stress distribution and mobile trend of the maxillary tooth with different connection-modes and connection-position are analyzed, providing biomechanics references for clinical application. Methods:In this research, three-dimensional finite element analysis software is employed to model three dimensional finite element models of distalizing the upper molar with buccal micro-implant anchorage, including Mimics10.01ã€Geomagics studio12.0ã€PRO/Eã€ABAQUS. These models are used to analyze the stress distribution and the mobile trend of the maxillary tooth with different connection-modes and connection-position., providing biomechanics references for clinical application.Results:1.The simulated results of the effect of different connection position enhance anterior teeth anchorage with buccal micro-implant validate that, Link the hook to the micro-implant, the displacement of the first molar comparatively large, mesial movement of the anterior teeth. The teeth displacement is closed to bodily movement. In case of the middle line devation as the time of distalizing unilateral molar with micro-implant, we should enhance another unilateral tooth anchorage.2.The simulated results of f the effect of different connection form enhance anterior teeth anchorage with buccal micro-implant validate that, use elasticity to link the hook and the implant. the displacement of the first molar comparatively large, crown of tooth obliquity to distal, central incisor and lateral incisor trend to intrusion and adduction. but canine buccal inclined apparently. Choose the suitable anchorage methode depending on the effect we want to achieve in clinical application. |
