Expression Of Interleukin-16ã€Interleukin-4and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α In Placenta Of Patients With Severe Preeclampsia | | Posted on:2014-09-07 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J X Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2284330431995732 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:By observing the placenta of patients with IL-16expression levels and the relationship between IL-16and TNF-a,IL-4,to explore the possible pathophysiological mechanisms in preeclampsia. There are new ways for the prevention and treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Methods:Thirty patients with severe preeclampsia and thirty normal pregnant women as controls were investigated. IL-16mRNA in placental was detected by RT-PCR. Immunohistochemical method was used to detecte the level of IL-16ã€TNF-αã€IL-4protein in placental.Results:1. Levels of IL-16m RNA was significantly higher in preeclampsia group than in the controls (P<0.001);2. Compared with the control group, expression of IL-16, TNF-α was significantly higher in preeclampsia placentas(P<0.05, P<0.01), while IL-4was significantly lower in preeclampsia placentas(P<0.01);3. In the preeclampsia group, there is a positive correlation between IL-16and TNF-a(r=0.415, P<0.05), a negative correlation between IL-16and IL-4(r=-0.515, P<0.05);Conclusion:1.The proinflammatory cytokines of IL-16and TNF-a express highly in preeclampsia placentas, while the antiinflammatory cytokines of IL-4express lowly in preeclampsia placentas. So we indicated that the tansitive inflammatory was in preeclampsia.2. There is a positive correlation between IL-16and TNF-a, a negative correlation between IL-16and IL-4in preeclampsia placentas. IL-16may be through affect the disbalance expression between Thl and Th2cell factor to cause of the development of preeclampsia. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | interleukin-16, interleukin-4, tumor necrosis factor-α, placenta, preeclampsia | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
